Product ordered and paid for (a gift) was never delivered. I inquired several times. Finally, I was offered a 30% refund (the remaining 70% to cover shipping). Not happy.

Scam. Never recieved order. Agent are bots.

I bought car jumper but they delivered some item like toys. Did not get tire inflator kit, cell charger kit. no instruction manual. all charger label is in chineese language. no contact ph number to communicate.

Also tried to order the Laura makeup pallets and keep getting the run around. Its s scam dont buy.

SCAM!!! I have reached out more then I should have. With no response. I purchased Lauras starter kit of makeup. I even purchased the shipping insurance. This has been going on since November 20th. I needed this order for a gift for a party on the 14th. Never buy from this company. You can't really call them a company. They are thieves.

SCAM!!!! Do not engage! Do not buy anything from them. Report your issue and get them investigated! They are criminals and fraudsters!

Was supposedly selling BENCHMADE knives for $38.00 from a seconds or overstock and sends a $25.00 kershaw knife instead of a Ben made knife, repeated emails just blowing BS and saying it was a mistake but never offer to send the correct item, they’re a bunch of scammers

I never received my item. No response from company. Scam!

My carer ordered a steam mop which I did not need. Immediately asked to have the order cancelled, no communication. Opened up a PayPal dispute, there is no proof of delivery put they have told PayPal they delivered it but nothing received. PayPal is refusing to help and they scammers have just conducted fraudulent activity on a vulnerable person. I WILL be taking this up with the ACCC and ombudsman, they need to be banned from advertising on Tik Tok as well. Disgusting thieves, keep away and PayPal won’t help.

I purchased 2 camera glasses, they sent me $2 plastic glasses. Don't let yourself fall into this fraudulent company! They said they would refund my money but until this day no action!

My order of Trimova drops never arrived - the tracking details said it was delivered and I was then told by "customer service" that packages get "lost" and it wasn't their responsibility - don't order from this company - it's a scam!!!!!!!
