SABENO UK Avis 

The box was crushed when I got. The shipping material was inadequate. I opened the box, assembled the saber and powered it on. Surprisingly, it worked although it looked like it had been shipped through a war zone. I experimented with it a bit and then put it on the charger. Charged it, went to power it on, and nothing! Saber hasn't turned on since. Either the buttons are broke, or the board is trashed. No idea because customer service has not responded back to me.

I was a bit sceptical at first with the price for what they were showing and advertising the saber could do but wow i mean WOW i purchased the Vad 2.0 and its amazing. Quality is spot on and its functionality is exactly or even better than they show on the ads. i will definitely be ordering another for my son for christmas

Si llego a ver los comentarios aquí no lo compro. He comprado un sable y por más que intento contactar con ellos por todas las vías que tienen de contacto, no responden. Para empezar, al comprar ni si quiera envían un e-mail de confirmación de la compra. Se que esta comprado por el extracto bancario de que me lo han cobrado (para eso si que se dan prisa y cobran). Les he contactado para que me den por lo menos el número de seguimiento o saber que está pasando y no contestan. No volveré a comprar aquí nunca más.

The Saber is very good quality for the price I paid, so I'm very happy on that front. What I'm not happy about is their customer service. The delivery date went by, so I e-mailed to ask for an update. No response. A week later I went to put the bins out and found the Saber stuffed inside the bin, box damaged and no courier calling card. It could have easily ended up in a landfill. I know the delivery being stuffed in the bin isn't their fault, but if they'ed replied with tracking info I could have checked with the courier.

Bought V8 lightsabre Saturday 18/05/24, awaiting delivery, for my son's birthday 22/05/24. I accept it may be late, but website ,reviews look very good. I emailed regards tracking my order , hopefully it comes as described. So far a good response from them, I've tracking number , and contact is good..

Data Breach
They have had a major Data breach and are not responding to emails or messages regarding the Breach or what has gone on, can't reveal full information, but I need someone to reach out ASAP so I can explain the breach.

Bought a saber from them (2/04/24) received it, it won't switch off, after countless e mails I got them to send a replacement part, received today (16/05/24) and it's exactly the same. You always have to chase them for updates and take an age to respond. Worst company ever!!! Avoid at all costs.

First lightsaber from SABNEO and so far I would definitely buy from them again. I bought the V8 Alpha and I love it. In costume for Comic Relief and got lots of comments about how good the lightsaber was. It's so bright compared to my other lightsabers. The hilt is amazing and feels solid. Didn't give 5 stars because I would love to have a medium volume as found the loud too loud and the low too low. And as someone with not great eyesight could the card and font be made bigger so it's easier to see?

Impressed doesn't even begin to cover it! My SABNEO V7 lightsaber arrived promptly and was packaged with care. The moment I held it, I could feel the craftsmanship and passion that went into creating it. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase!

Just had to leave a review for my new SABNEO saber. The moment I ignited it, I felt like a true Jedi. The colors are vibrant, the sound effects are on point, and the hilt design is simply stunning. Worth every penny!

Ordered two stupidaly to get a slight discount. One worked, other failed. Emailed them 6 times over the last two months, not a single response. Very poor product and zero customer service. More like a phantom company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Wish I read some of the many 1 star reviews - very true. Very expensive for what they are. Now we have a $220 saber thats absolutely useless. BUY ELSEWHERE, cheaper and better.

The email in your response bounced back. I check junk all the time, no reply ever received!!

This was my first lightsaber purchase and other reviews gave me good expectations. Instead, the handle has a somewhat poor and faulty finish - shiny and chrome, but patches of bubbles and scratchy edges where the metal has been cut and unfinished.

The controls don't seem to save, so I couldn't set color and light modes as I like them and then leave them at that. Instead I would have to try to change the settings every single time I switch the saber on.
Instruction on changing the light mode also seem inaccurate - "long press the sub button" in standby mode "and release it after hearing the regular light effect name". Most times this does nothing, even if I long press for 30 seconds; on the times it does do something, it does not give the effect names as describes, but just starts playing non-stop sound effects or background music.

Disappointing for my first purchase, and a costly mistake even with the heavy discounts - though now I understand why they are willing to discount so heavily! I will not be purchasing from sabneo again.

Bought 2 x v7 lightsabers for my son in chrome and black. It was hard to find a less expensive product that had all the effects and looked the part. Well we have not been disappointed 😁 they are amazing. incredibly bright with colour changing options, sound effects even when using them are fantastic and so like what you'd see from the much higher priced ones and customer service have been exceptional. Best buy in a very long time ✅️

I was a little bit apprehensive about Sabneo after reading numerous negative reviews on here yet ordered as I’d seen some larger names on tik tok promote them, however I’m very happy with them. Saber originally came pretty quickly and was working perfectly, but unfortunately the blade stopped working a couple months down the line, a few emails back and forth and Sabneo were more than happy to send out a new blade for free and didn’t ask for the old one back. The new blade has come today and the saber works again, extremely happy with their services.

Bought a sabre for my sons birthday, unfortunately functions weren't working properly, wouldn't replace handle, instead started sending me spares to repair myself, currently in bits, son hasn't used it at all, currently going through PayPal to get refund, awful customer service.

I purchased the Sabneo V8 Pixel, As I'd always wanted to buy a lightsaber for fun, And possibly, Cos play. Plus, I know some basic sword moves, Through some basic martial arts.
Loved the look of this saber, I felt others look quite boring...

However...

Didn't look at the reviews for this U.K. branch of the company until after purchase...

Looked hit and miss.

Was concerned that the item may not arrive, And when it did, Would it work correctly?

I was given an estimated delivery date from 18th Feb - 25 Feb.

Arrived 15th Feb, Checked all the parts, Worked straight out the box.

So far, So good!

I'll see how it goes...

Wonderful looking piece of kit!

Plenty of sound, And lighting options.

Happy so far!

Scam artists…
Product is not fit for purpose and doesn’t work correctly then when you request a refund they simply ignore you.
I paid over £150 for 2 sabres - which are advertised as being suitable to fight with. We’ve literally tapped them together and both the ends fly off. On one of them, the light changes to white on impact but the other doesn’t work. And you can’t change the sound effects, which aren’t remotely in time to your movements.
In short, the product is rubbish, not fit for purpose and way overpriced.
I’ve emailed Sabneo three times now only to be completely ignored. They scammed me out of my money and are laughing all the way to the bank.
Do not buy!!!
I actually wish I lived in Scotland so I couldn’t have fell foul of this scam.

Customer services is excellent! I spoke with a member of staff via their social media in regards to an order I was worried wouldn't make it in time for my sons birthday.

Don't get me wrong, the package still won't make it in time but the customer services and rapid response is deserving of 5 stars.

For those wondering, they are shipped from China and take roughly 9-16 days, give or take.

I ordered two light sabres for my step son’s birthday. My fault entirely, I didn’t read the delivery times they quite clearly show on their website. So when I realised the order wouldn’t arrive in time, I requested a faster delivery which I offered to pay extra for. They said they were unable to do this. I therefore asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded so I could order something else. They immediately cancelled and refunded me and the funds went straight back into my PayPal account. So whilst I can’t say anything about the quality of the product, I feel they deserve 5 stars for customer service - responded quickly and I got the result I wanted.

SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP DONT BUY FROM HERE .................Not only did they take there money but they did not supply whith what i ordered and I have sent over 27 support team emails and still nothing .they keep telling me I have received my order and sending me emails with a screen shot of internal delivery notice. How ever they never send you the company contract information. So that you can try to call them .I feel robbed.
