Not worth it made a matching forever finger ring with my friend. It just broke not once but twice i got tierd of visiting them back to repair again and again. Moreover the mini mushroom that cost me 900hkd got lost as the chain ring broke without me noticing. I wont recommend.

Great design and quality
The customer service is lack of communication. I immediately emailed customer service on the day I received my item regarding the earrings I’ve ordered that one side of the clasps doesn’t close securely and I have not heard back from over a week.
UPDATE: Someone from customer service reached out and addressed my concerns. They were very apologetic and were able to quickly resolved my matter.

You are out of the charms that I ask for and the shipping time was not 2 to 4 days. I ordered on October 25 and today is November 8 and I still do not have the Necklace.I am going out of the country I am suppose to take this necklace as a present !!!
