It's been a week, one of the item in product isn't delivered yet.

Rotten Pakistani mangoes
Very poor first experience with Sadda. 5 of 12 pakistani chausa mangoes were rotten with wet box and packaging. I was asked to provide photos which were sent on the day of delivery and despite waiting over two weeks nothing has been done. Shocking customer service, would not recommend buying mangoes from here.

All spoiled and stale veggies
Hi Team,
I am a regular customer of Saddam online and offline service.Had good experience most of the time.
But this time very disappointed, with veggies. Most of the veggies was spoiled and stale. 2-3 veggies were entirely spoiled and having fungus also.
Delivery date was 11th July , DPD delivered me on 12th early morning. Not sure if Saddam has packed the spoiled veggies to me? Specifically okara, broad beans, bringel,bitter gourd,coconi,green chilies. This simply I thrown away at the moment I opened. It was smaling so badly

We have lots of trust on Sadda, when we do online order for veggies,it's vendon who check the quality of product on the behalf of customer.
But this time it was totally ignored.
We know that buying Indian veggies online is more expensive then offline. I have seen this when I visit store.
This time my money totally got wested for the thrown veggie.
I request if possible refund some amount of my money.

I have ordered quite a few times from Sadda online and they’ve always dispatched my order quickly and the packing has been excellent. Soft items arrive intact as they are well wrapped.
Rotten chillies
Most of the times it’s ok .. 90% of the food is ok but some items have always split , this time all the chillies were rotten and the customer service doesn’t respond. Also dhl leaves the boxes out and don’t help to lift in the house

I ordered some pickles which I couldn't find anywhere else, they arrived quicker than I expected, well-wrapped and the courier DHL sent delivery tracking
Overcharged for items & unwanted substitues
Overcharged for items, unwanted substitutes delivered without any notice, very poor communication and attitude. No refund yet despite notifying team. In store experience is fine but online deliveries routinely go wrong - I’ve been sent expired items in the past and incorrect substitutes are routine.
