Missing items and no substitutes
I like the packing and on time delivery. They have a wider variety of products and there is consistency in the availability too.
However i am very unhappy with the customer service. I usually order a brand of sona masoori rice and anytime i want to order 2 bags of the same kind i am not able to. If i order 2 different brands they allow but not of the same type.. online it is not possible to add the same brand but after placing the order of 2 different brands i had once called up and they substituted the new brand with the same one that i wanted and next time when i wanted to do the same they bluntly said its against the company policy and did not accommodate. They sent me 2 different rice bags and were not ready to see the logic in the request of sending 2 bags of the same brand.
Second thing is, in November 2022 they had not sent me something that i had ordered and since then i have been asking them to refund my money back for that product with no success.i had followed up many times but all they say is they will refund but they do not. This has happened twice so far but the first time they had refunded the money immediately. So pleas check your order bill when you receive the items as there are many chances of missing items.

After using several Indian online supermarkets like Red Rickshaw, Desicart and Green and Orange it was refreshing to find Sadat online. They had everything I wanted in stock, and even phoned me up to offer an alternative to an item they did not have !!
This is what I call good service !! Others take note !!
The items including frozen product were packaged very well and arrived exactly on time.
Having had bad experiences with all of the others, I will certainly be using Sadda again and highly recommend them. Well Done Sadda !!!!

Online prices are very high compared to store prices. Example, sona masuri 20kg bag online 31.99 and in store it was 22.99 . Huge difference.

Delayed & damaged delivery
(1)Order was delivered one day late, (2) it was delivered to wrong address. The very reason for ordering online was to get delivered at door due to heavy items but that didn't help.
(3) The rice bag was damaged & nearly 2 Kg rice lost in transit, on the road, drive way etc.,
Complained with photos to one of the colleagues & was promised they would review & refund but didn't hear back.

2 items were not delivered. I have called twice, spoke once to somebody he said will check and call back but never did call back.
You should have online option for refund if you are unable to deliver any item.
