Sadlers gave great service and our small moving box kit was delivered very quickly. We are pleased with the boxes, bubblewrap and the tapes and we would recommend them. The only thing was, I didn't receive an email or SMS confirmation to say that the order was out for delivery and luckily I was at home, at the time. Also, some of the boxes were damaged and they have holes in. We can work around this but it's a bit of a shame. All in all though, a very good company and I would buy from them again.

Well happy with the service I got from start to finish

Be careful when using this Company, we ordered 2 lots of used boxes both described on there website as the same. Description was Plain Strong Double Wall, one lot came strong the second type came as what can only be described as Crisp box strength. I called and said they are not the same and was told they are as advertised and we cannot give a refund or collect them from you, even when i told them that the 2 types of boxes are made of completely different thickness but sold as the same . Bad customer service and we will never use them again.
