From start to finish was a shambles 🙃…

From start to finish was a shambles 🙃 after back and forth with numerous emails the item finally arrived, packaged very poorly indeed, earrings not to bad but necklace looked very cheap after what was described, apart from that my free gift never arrived with it 🤷‍♀️then emailed them again about free gift not arriving and had no reply !!! Won't use this company again and definitely won't tell friends or family to order from this company 🤔

🚫 Extremely disappointed

🚫 Extremely disappointed — this shop completely lied and misled me. The bracelets require a screwdriver to open and close, which was never mentioned in the description or shown in the pictures. It’s impractical and frustrating, and I feel cheated.

When I tried to return, they demanded that I pay £30 for return shipping (also never mentioned), and then only offered me a 30% refund instead of my full money back. This feels dishonest and like they stole my money.

I wasted my time, money, and energy on items I can’t even use. Be very careful — I would never recommend buying from this shop.

Pure garbage

Pure garbage. Can't believe what I paid for this cheap crap. Absolutely furious could have got the same on tiktok or temu for a fraction of the price. Didnt even come in display boxes like in the picture. Came in little plastic bags all jumbled up. Sending the pot back. DISGUSTED as they were meant to be gifts for my daughters birthday. Wouldnt even insult her by handing them over to her!!!

I recently bought a Billie necklace from the shop and I love it. The quality of it is great. What I also really enjoyed is fast delivery (I live in Poland and the package arrived after about a week). Communication with people who create s’aents is great, they answered every question I had and they were very helpful.

Overall, the experience was great and I recommend this shop to everyone!
