Can't thank Safe Collections enough. I had been chasing money for months and provided everything the client asked for to the best of my ability with no joy, the client then ignored me from there on and I didn't know where to turn. Upon speaking with Adam at Safe Collections it only took me a brief minute to realise how genuine this company was, and that they had my best interests at heart. Soon after explaining my situation my case got handed over to James, which kept me upto date with where the situation was upto. Less than 1 week later I had received all funds owed to me. I can't recommend this company enough and at a time where I had nowhere to turn I couldn't of picked a better place to go. Strangely enough, my dealings with them, Adam in particular, have not led to them onboarding me as a client, but the manner in which they dealt with me prior to becoming a potential client speaks volumes of their values and business culture.

I had obtained a County Court Judgement (CCJ) against the debtor which failed to obtain payment and was confused by the next steps available. I called Safe Collections and talked to Adam. I cannot recommend Safe Collections highly enough. My initial contact with them gave me confidence. They were professional, clear, empathetic and friendly. My collection was not easy and in Germany. However the English office kept me informed throughout and their agent in Germany managed to collect the money that had been owed to me for over two years and which I had failed to collect myself. Then I decided to ask this agency for help - and after ~2 extra months of demanding a payment from this client they eventually paid the bill they had to pay off. Moreover - Safe Collections managed to make them pay some interest on a top of the money owed.

I engaged Safe Collections to help me recover a substantial amount of money from a Recruitment Agency who decided not to honour my last invoice. Safe Collections immediately got onto the Director of the Agency's case with nothing but the upmost in politeness. Safe Collections countered all arguments/allegations made to get out of paying me.

Within 3 weeks, Safe Collections secured a 50% payment on the outstanding amount. After another 3 weeks, they secured the final 50%.

All I can say is that Safe Collections were persistent but polite with the debtor, which amazed me. I don't think I would have been able to keep my cool with the debtor hence I'm glad I engaged with Safe Collections. I honestly don't think I would have got 100% of the outstanding amount had I'd done this alone, it was obvious to me that the Agency wanted to keep a substantial amount of the balance owed.

All the way through it, Safe Collections kept me informed and always offered very balanced advice. I can't thank them enough for helping me in what was truly an awful situation.
