If I could rate zero I would. After spending 3 days to verify my account I was told 1-2 day for my winnings. Well it says processing. I received a etransfer password although I have direct deposit and no one is able to verify the email address the transfer was sent to. And now I’m being told it could take up to 5 business days. I just want my winnings!!! Never had any issues from any other casino collecting my winnings!!!

My 10,000 HUF deposit is still missing
My deposit of 10,000 HUF was not credited to my account, and the support sent contradictory information: first they said it was successful, then they said it failed. I had to spend hours coordinating with both the bank and the casino, and the communication was slow and confusing. I eventually had to send my full bank statement as proof before they began investigating the issue. My money is still nowhere to be found.

They lure you in with a welcome bonus, but the terms are structured in a way that allows them to confiscate your winnings at any time. In my case, I legitimately won €2,800, only to have the entire amount voided because I exceeded a €5 bet limit while the bonus was active.
This condition was not clearly highlighted, and the penalty applied is completely disproportionate. Losing all winnings over such a technicality is not fair — it feels like a system designed to avoid paying players.
Customer support was unhelpful and dismissive. Their only response was that I had “accepted the terms and conditions,” with no real explanation or willingness to review the situation.
From my experience, this platform lacks transparency and fairness. They seem to rely on unclear rules to justify withholding legitimate winnings.
Be very careful. The risk of losing your money — even after winning — is real.

You have to ask customer service to manually add every bonus because it doesn't work automatically, even though you selected the bonus when you made your deposit! To everyone reading this: stay away from this scam!
