I’m extremely pleased with the service provided today. The team replaced the door in my flat, and the result is absolutely outstanding. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and the new door looks amazing—both modern and perfectly fitted.

The service I agreed to was to install a new front door to comply with the new health and safety regulations.
Installation included to paint the door with two coats of paint. The door was installed but only the undercoat was applied and the demands for payment were made. I emailed with pictures to show the painting was not done. This then resulted in back and forth via email, even with photos they argued the work had been done and had many appointments booked for the paint work to be done- however the employee failed to turn up. The one time he did turn up but then disappeared for hours doing another job and just left us waiting the entire day. This took over 6 months. Finally the director- Thomas turned up and agreed to complete the painting. Payment was made in December and know I am emailing them to chase them for the certificate, and I am being ignored. The mobile number- 07593 069501 is never answered.
So they provided a poor work service, poor customer service and no certificate as promised would be sent once payment is made.
How many months will I be waiting for this certificate???
I would strongly recommend to use another professional company to avoid this unnecessary stress, and waisting your time as this is a small company with very poor standards of professional service.
