Great service
Great service, fast delivery
Only let down was the carrier. Even though 'Do Not Bend' and 'Fragile' were clearly marked on the packaging, the packaging was received slightly creased.

Delivery was not good
Delivery was not good. I went online immediately I was given delivery details and set up delivery on Monday 13th July as I was away for a few days. I arrived home to find part of the delivery on the floor outside my house and the other part was promised for delivery on the 13th but then was delivered on the 14th.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to update your delivery preferences with DHL, only for them not to be followed. We're also sorry that the Royal Mail parcel was left outside despite you being at home.

One of the signs was stuck in the…
One of the signs was stuck in the envelope so tight that the backing came off of it,consequently the sign was no good because it wouldn't stick properly on the door.
