Excellent Customer Service from Brother Arsalan
I have been working with Brother Arsalan for planning an Umrah and he has been really helpful in answering all of our questions and considering different flight and hotel options to cater to our needs. He explains everything clearly and in a respectful manner. He also shared the best options based on our health limitations and budget. Excellent service from Br. Umar for Umrah
Brother Umar went above and beyond in accommodating for my umrah ticket reservations for the dates that I needed to have along with searching for other sisters to be part of the group. He was always prompt in reaching out and showed more enthusiasm in meeting ny needs than my own self in terms of the type of transportation and amenities including hotels location to be at the sister sister side in Madinah Sharif. Becuase it was about the dates I went ahead with my booking with a group. InshaAllah i plan to save your info for future travels and will recommend ur services to families and friends! One of the best for Hajj and Ummrah
I usually don't write reviews unless the company goes above and beyond and exceeds my expectations. This company gave me very reasonable prices for fares and great customer service. This is my third Ummrah trip which went better than expected thanks to Safwa Travels. I would highly recommend them.

Being a frequent traveler myself, I must say they are giving one of the best services. Got a custom plan made for Umrah and they gave reasonable fares and got exactly what I asked for. Would definitely recommend!!
