Worst company to work with , they made us pickup a load from ON TO OH with two PO's , driver gave both PO'S to shipper and shipper loaded only 1 load and once we delivered that to OH . I got a call from broker that my driver only loaded 1 load and other PO was not picked up . I advised we can do that one for aditional $300 whenever they want but they want us to run for free . After i got a call that we will let you know . After that they said they loaded it with somebody else with the same price we were doing a full load with them and said they wont pay us anything as they paid other company . The mistake done by shipper is not carrier's problem . None of the drivers go count the skids in trailers once loaded . Worst broker ever who pays $800 for other company for LTL to cover to deduct your price even if you were doing it for $300 and no proofs were given they paid $800 to somebody else . They are fraud who don't want to pay after there own mistake . Shame on you guys , be professional .

They started out well, pay was decent but questionable at times. I’m owner operator so the flexibility was perfect. Steady flow of work. Then it shifted, pay became questionable, they started making everyone deliver their own backhaul the next day which makes you lose the next days pay for a different delivery. They try and stiff you out of TONU money by taking 20% off that. The dispatch team is from Pakistan and know nothing about trucking, Haziq is rude and arrogant, Jordan won’t answer the phone if he knows you’re calling about an issue. They don’t fight for higher pay, meaning you take a load to Indianapolis for $600, but they tell you the brokers only paying $300 to bring a load back. They don’t give accurate info on your load especially if you need straps before you get to your customer. I can keep going, but you get the picture. Very unorganized and trucking illiterate. You become the truck driver and dispatch at times

I wish I can give 0 starts BE WARY AND AWAY of this company. They do not pay out TONU and will cease all communications. We booked a load and THEY had our driver wait for hours because when the driver went to pick up the load, he found out from the shipper that the load was already shipped earlier that day, They told the driver to ‘Hold Tight’ For hours all night waiting and after that The load ended up ‘’being cancelled” and when we tried to request TONU they stopped responding entirely. Deleted emails and blocked, They are very trained to scam they know how to exactly scam small carriers, Incredibly unprofessional and they do not value their carriers whatsoever. STAY AWAY! DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS BIG SCAMMERS!!!!!
