This was my first time ordering from a jewelry company without being able to go in person, so I was a little nervous. I sent several pictures of what we were looking for, and they designed it perfectly. They communicated with me every step of the way, answered even my smallest questions, and were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly.
The finished piece exceeded both my expectations and my fiancée’s. She was beyond thrilled and still can’t stop staring at it. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

I am so happy with my two rings from SA Gems: a 5.36 carat emerald cut lab diamond set in a 14k yellow gold bezel; and a 7 carat pear lab diamond 5-prong set in 14k yellow gold with side baguettes (which I ordered 2 months later). Both rings are expertly crafted with high quality settings and the stones are exquisite. The pear has no bow tie and is beautifully faceted (looks like a $250k ring). The emerald cut has no windowing and has the perfect desired hall of mirrors effect. The rings were completed on time (3-4 wks for each) and arrived in lovely velvet boxes with nice notes. SA Gems offered the best price with best service and I researched thoroughly. (By contrast, one company had fairly comparable prices but abysmal service.) SA Gems is a great company. I can’t wait to order more lab diamond jewelry!!

S.A.GEMS was wonderful to work with on my recent purchase. I had many questions and concerns as I never purchased a diamond on-line before, Monil took the time and patience to answer all my questions, sending me videos of the stone, cad drawing of the setting and video of the completed ring. The ring is beautiful and the diamond exceptional in color, quality and cut! As I would not be able to find a Ashoka cut natural diamond of this quality and size, this lab created diamond exceeds all my expectations!

Recently purchased a very large Ashoka cut diamond from S.A. Gems and I am extremely happy with the diamond, setting and entire experience I received when dealing with Monil. First the Ashoka cut is not a common cut and not offered on most sites. I had many, many questions and concerns as I have never purchased a diamond online before but S.A.Gems put me at ease and answered all my questions and concerns. I received a video of the stone I was interested in and a cad drawing of the custom setting. I have purchased a lot of diamonds and jewelry and I must say this purchase was effortless. Price was phenomenal, setting was perfect and I received it quickly. I know I was nervous purchasing online but was so happy with the ring! My stone is a 9 carat, E color and VVS2 and stunning!

Great company. I bought my 2nd lab diamond ring with SA Gems soon after receiving my 1st purchase (beautiful 5.36 carat emerald cut lab diamond ring), a 7 carat pear with side baguettes in 14k yellow gold. The pear ring is gobsmacking. Truly gorgeous, elegant and epic. It’s a substantial piece of jewelry. The setting is classic but gold-solid in a luxurious way, ie, expensive-looking to match the exquisitely cut deliciously icy G color, VVS2 clarity pear (no bow tie!). For a year, I researched many online jewelry sites to begin my lab diamond collection. The other well known sites with a big online presence were either MUCH more pricey than SA Gems, or had comparable prices to SA Gems but with terrible customer service so I didn’t trust them. All IGI certified lab diamonds are sourced the same by the retailers, so what matters is “price + quality+ service” and SA Gems nailed it for me. Shrushti and Monil at SA Gems provided excellent customer service with the best prices anywhere. My two rings with them are high quality jewelry. They shipped my pear ring on time (3-4 weeks) in a lovely velvet box, with a nice note on the inner UPS package, a thank you card, and the IGI certificate in a plastic sleeve. Everything has been first class with SA Gems and yet the lowest prices anywhere. Not sure how to upload photos here but seeing is believing. My rings are stunning. It can be scary to order quality jewelry online but SA Gems has my trust. I will be ordering more lab diamond jewelry from SA Gems and I highly recommend them! The first day I wore my ring, 5 people requested the source info and SA Gems 100% deserves the new customers.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this custom order process. From the beginning, there were multiple inconsistencies, communication delays, and shifting information that ultimately caused me to lose trust in the transaction entirely.

The process started with being shown diamonds that were unavailable, followed by repeated delays in updates and missed communication commitments. Timelines and expectations continuously changed, and there were ongoing discrepancies between what was discussed in emails versus what was reflected in the documentation and product materials provided.

When I raised concerns about the final ring, those concerns were repeatedly minimized as “lighting issues” or misunderstandings rather than being directly addressed. Even the video files sent to review the ring were initially inaccessible, adding to the ongoing communication problems.

After significant back and forth and escalation, the order was ultimately canceled and refunded. While I appreciate that the refund was eventually issued, the overall experience was stressful, time-consuming, and not what I would expect when making a significant custom jewelry purchase.

The ring is amazing. Customer service through Instagram was super helpful. I got a customize ring and was even better for what I was expecting. They gave me enough options and helped me decide.

The diamond and the setting are gorgeous! It was a great value for an exceptional piece. The customer service was so helpful,they always responded quickly and with thoughtful knowledge. Best of all they were flexible with all the changes I requested on the ring. It shipped quickly and securely. And with all the IGI paperwork and a nice ring box. A+ for S.A.Gems, I've been telling everyone about them!

Just WOW! We purchased a loose diamond and the whole time i was panicking thinking it was a scam. It is not! Communication from the company is good, shipping is a bit slow, however given the quality of the diamond recieved at the price we got it for, it is forgiven. We will be purchasing again.

I found this company on Instagram.I couldn't find much online about SA Gems. only that they are out in Lexena KS. Skeptical at first. I was looking through their selection and they have a large variety of styles. they are very helpful when I reached out to them before my purchase. I looked at 4 other companies afterwards. I had a budget in mind and they had what I want at the price I could afford. The other companies I looked at were slightly more expensive but didn't have what I was looking for. so I gave it a gamble. they gave me a lead time and delivered on their promise. Ordered 3/20/26 got it in hand 4/21/26. Also came with a cool box when you open it up it has a LED. super dope. Highly recommended.
