Had an opportunity to visit this wonderful and amazing Sahara desert tour, a ride with the camel was a dream come, it was scary but a beautiful experience,the sand duneserg chegaga was so fine and waiting for sun set was very memorable,it was just so lovely.hope I can go back to that place.

When we were first picked up from our Riad, Abdoul was so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Abdoul was a very safe driver and very knowledgable about where we were travelling through and to.

When we reached the desert, the accommodation was fantastic and clean and the food was amazing! We have forgotten the gentleman’s name (Sorry!) who was at the camp and looked after us the entire time but he was absolutely amazing. He lit a fire for us and played traditional Berber music and served us our dinner and breakfast. He was very friendly and so helpful.

To sum up, we highly recommend this company as it’s easy and very organised and they take you to some amazing places that would definitely be one to tick off the bucket list.

Amazing experience
We took a 4 day guided tour with Sahara holidays and it was a fabulous experience. Right from the start, Abdoul/ Zakaria were flexible when it came to customising our itinerary and including all the details we wanted.
We had Hamid as our guide and driver. We spent 4 days with him on the road and it was a fabulous experience, seeing Morocco with all the local insights.
Everyone was so thoughtful and attentive, including the staff / owners at the various accommodations we stayed at.
Can’t recommend this enough. This tour was a big part of our trip being memorable. Thank you for everything

We have just come back from a fantastic trip to Morocco. I did my booking through Abdoul who happily answered all my questions prior to our visit. Abdoul was there to meet our flight at Marrakech and took us to our Riad. He then took us around the souk and the Medina. Without him we would have got lost .
An early start the next day for our journey to M'hamid and the Sahara, travelling over the Atlas mountains and Tizi n' tichka pass. We arrived in M'hamid for our camel ride to our camp for the night. The camp was clean and comfortable and the food delicious. The next day we went off in jeeps further into the Sahara to a camp by Erg Chegaga. It was amazing so peaceful, and really beautiful. We had fun sandboarding and loved watching the sunset over the dunes. Back at the camp it was another delicious traditional meal and then music and telling stories round the camp fire. Lying on cushions looking up at the millions of stars above me is something I will never forget.
Ours was a short break, Abdoul went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic time and told us so much about the history, the culture and the people of Morocco. Highly recommended.

Staying at Sahara holidays Camp was the highlight of our trip. Abdoul and his team are delightful and took really good care of us, they were all very warm and it felt like we were staying with close friends.
The set up / layout of the camp and the individuals tents is luxurious, you feel like your royalty. All the meals were delicious and the team was always happy to oblige us with more food when we asked (and we asked often cause it was delicious ahaha).
Day time activities were fun too, driving over the dunes and touring the area around erg chegaga was great. We got to visit some unique places and our guide, Zakaria, was extremely knowledgeable.
This review would not be complete without pointing out that sitting around the camp fire and looking at the stars (which were abundant) is truly breathtaking. I’d never seen a moonrise before and now I’ll never forget it.
We stayed one night in the camp and we found it hard to leave when the time came. Staying with Abdoul and his team was amazing!

We went down to Mhamid for a glimpse of the dunes, but we got much more. We learnt how the desert people make a living in such a harsh environment. We were fascinated by the way the dromedaries are adapted to the desert. We learnt how the desert is, somehow, like the mountains and the sea, immutable and changeling at the same time. We slowed down in our lives for a few days and remembered that less is more. And last, but not least, we felt in good hands at all times with abdoul, and Mohamed who guided us with professionalism and took care of us. Thank you sahara holidays
