Very responsive. Excellent therapist was assigned to me. Easy to set up appts and communicate with therapist. No billing headaches with Medicare. In addition they offer free classes to supplement your therapy. I have been telling all my friends who are seniors about them. It’s nearly impossible to get a provider who accepts Medicare for mental health visits anymore. This is a great service
I scheduled an intake appointment a week in advance. After excessive text reminders, even receiving one two hours before the appointment reminding me my appointment was in 2 hours, 1 hour before the appointment I get a text message saying the intake specialist is ill, the appointment is canceled and I should reschedule. Ahh, NO!
Had inital interview with the therapist. I could tell she was disinterested. I waited for our next appointment, and she never called. After I tried to get through to someone, they eventually called back to apologize. They informed me Maya was no longer with them. She is. It takes a lot to finally get therapy, and this is how we get treated? If you want to be gaslit, this is the place for you.
They are pretty slimy a guy named Jackson Mattek is trying to poach employees from our non-profit emailing them privately and offering a job as a therapist with their company. You know they are bad when they can't get therapists willing to come to them and they have to start going into other practices trying to poach other companies good therapists. Do better Sailor Health!
Therapist canceled at the very last minute! Waited three weeks for an appointment, then she claimed that there were “phone issues” in her area of town. What a huge waste of time. If this happens to you, make sure that they don’t bill your insurance. Totally ridiculous!
I turned to SailorHealth for a psycologist and have met with one many times, a PsyD who is absolutely wonderful, highly recommented.
In the beginning I did have some issues with billing but they seem to have gotten much better, recently.
