Getting my travel money changed when I came back was a issue, especially when you have to keep the receipt of purchase. Surely the reference number should have all the information they need. A very unhelpful gentleman behind the counter needs better customer service skills. Think I'll be trying somewhere else next time.

No-one wasbthere
Visited Sainsbury's on two consecutive days and no-one was 'manning ' the travel money section! Went home and ordered on line. Third time lucky, someone was there when I went gimmick it up.

Easy to order currency online for collection time to suit. I'm a Nectar customer so get a slightly better rate, although it could be better. I choose collection from my local Sainsburys, where I can park easily and the staff are friendly.

Why bother ordering in advance only to see the order made up when you arrive to pick up? I guess you guarantee that money is available.

Ordered on line picked up next day. Only down side we needed about £4500 so had to do 2 transactions £3000 was the limit.
