BEWARE!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They scammed me out of my money. I placed my order and a few days later received my tracking information. They use legitimate FedEx tracking numbers and photos to show delivered. However, it wasn’t my address or photo of my home. I reached out to them and they offered to reorder or to cancel with refund. I opted for a refund and never received it. Don’t waste your time or money with these crooks.

Wish I had read these reviews first! Same experience. Said they delivered but where having trouble. Offered to refund me or give me double credit. Opted for refund but it never came. The dedication to the scam was phenomenal though. Their customer service was top notch. All lies but so resonsive and apologetic.

Like everyone else here, Saintashley scammed me out of money. They never delivered my items and they use legitimate FedEx delivery images and tracking numbers to run their scam. Also, WARNING for ANYONE WHO HAS GIVEN THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INFO: If you see something similar to this: "DB DEBIT - 3-29-2025, FEDEX485936250 800-4633339 TN,AUTH# 403488 DEBIT CARD DEBIT" in your online or paper bank statements it MAY BE ANOTHER SCAM. The same scammers are using FEDEX to charge cards that have been used on their SaintAshley sites. Make sure to dispute these charges with your bank or credit card company and cancel the card!

I ordered a jacket from them October 1st 2024 and I did not get it and I called them many times and they keep telling me they will have it escalated and someone will return my call well I still haven’t gotten that call and every time I send them a email I get the run around, so I basically spent about $167 for something I didn’t receive. Can someone help me how do I get my money back?

Fraudulent site. I placed an order November 2024. I have not received nothing and they keep saying the website is down. This is the most horrible online experience I've ever had with an online retailer. Contacted BBB. Disgusting!!!!!

ZERO!!! I ordered a dress on November 26th 2024. It is now January 2036 and I have not received the dress yet. I have emailed customer service and was told that it will take 2-4 weeks to ship. I would like a refund for my purchase that I have been er received! Do not buy anything from this store!!!!!

Total Scam. They take your money and don't deliver any product and do not return your money. Please don't shop here. Please have this site shut down I've been waiting since black Friday it is now 1/13/25. I have reported to better business bureau

If I could rate a negative number I would. This company is a total scam and cheated me out of almost $300 of clothing. I needed medium and they only sent 2/3 items I ordered (after 8 weeks of waiting) and one was a a XL and one was an XXL. customer service which is fraudulent also. I keep reaching out to return items and they will not respond or say to be patient because my case requires their special returns team who will contact me. 🙄 I will be complaining everywhere.

TOTAL SCAM. I ordered and paid via Apple Pay. They supposedly sent a package to probably one of their own addresses(they had a photo, to someones home,) I contacted their customer service - we emailed back-and-forth five times and they never gave me a refund. I’m going to call my credit card company and I want everyone to know this is a total scam.

same as the rest. i will be issuing chargebacks and reporting to fraud.

Same story as everyone else. Purchase made in early September 2024 which seems to be when this “company” appeared. FedEx tracking information showed the package arrived in a different city. FedEx never had my info attached to the package. “Company” offered a second try to send the product after claiming third party issues with shipping. When that attempt also failed, they offered a refund. I have not received it to date and now plan to dispute the charge if possible at this point.

Same story as everyone else, order was apparently delivered twice to the wrong address and then no refund.
A complete scam

This company is a scam. They take your money, don't deliver your product and their website is always down. When asked for my refund, they are always escalating it and this will go on over and over and you will never have a resolution. They need to be investigated and shut down for good. How is it that they are still permitted to operate and steal from innocent people trusting their operations.

This company is simply a fraud. Everything is through third parties and you get no satisfaction. Ordered two coats in October and did not receive them

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM - everything that everyone has written about their experience is exactly what happened to me - all of it - same story - wrong fedex delivery - said they would replace - they never did - it has been 3 months and I never got my order - but here is the best part - they keep talking to you via email - lol - SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM!!!! Stay away from Saint Ashley! I ordered a skirt and it never arrived. They sent me FedEx tracking with a picture that it was delivered but was not my house. Asked them for refund, they offered 150% credit. Told them just want a refund and never got it! Basically same story like all other reviews.

Biggest mistake these people made was not giving me my refund - I needed a 2025 passion project. They rebranded as Saint alix

Can’t believe this placed a hefty order and they claimed twice that my order was delivered to the wrong address now the site is down. Better business bureau will be notified!

I ordered a jacket, it got tracking but never arrived. They offered a store credit, so I reordered the same jacket. It got tracking, but got delivered somewhere else. Tried getting a full refund a I suspect I never will since the website has been taken down. Luckily for others, they won't get scammed

Same story as everyone else. Fake tracking number, no delivery, 150% credit or partial refund offered. Now the site is "down", so they're unable to process the refund. This is a scam.
