Excellent company and staff!
The team are so warm, genuine and courteous, and go above and beyond to help. Bradley really did the best he could and bagged me a good deal. My home salon is insured and it cost me less than I expected. A genuinely lovely guy and such a pleasure to have them on my side. I’ve been using Salon Insurance 4u for the last few years, and will continue to use them in the future.

Second year of using and first renewal
Second year of using and first renewal. Was very happy with the process and how easy it was when I took it out. Bradley made the renewal so easy! He dealt with sending me a reminder for my policy and sent me a quote via email while I was away. Such an easy process! Would definitely recommend the service and Bradley as an advisor!

Top quality service!!
Dealt with Bradley, very polite gentleman and very understanding. Needed a new public liability for my studio and went above and beyond to help with my exact needs. When times is ready for renewal will definitely be back as he made the process extremely fast and simple with everything explained

The absolute worst experience
The absolute worst experience.
Miss sold a policy that didn’t have any exceptions regarding products and services, this was confirmed over phone also in writing. Staff unbelievably rude and pressured to cancel my policy due to there mistake which would get them off the hook. The absolute worst experience Iv ever had with any company over the last 20yrs.had a email last week to say because I have mistrust in the company they would cancel my policy!! Despite me NOT asking for this. No refund sent as yet either. The WORST. Gone back to policy Bee - absolutely amazing company
