A Hidden Gem – Incredible Service from Salon Love
I hadn’t heard of SalonLove before, but I found them while searching for a good deal on shampoo and I’m so glad I did! I ended up purchasing several products from them at a great price.
A few days after placing my order, I received a call from the company. One of the items I ordered was temporarily out of stock and would take about seven days to restock. I honestly didn’t mind waiting at all. But before I could even say that, the representative (thank you, Belynda!) apologised for the delay and said she would send me two smaller bottles of the shampoo to tide me over until the full-size product arrived.
I was shocked but in the best way. I hadn’t even expressed any concern, but they went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t left waiting without product. That kind of proactive customer service is so rare these days.
The rest of my order arrived very quickly, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I’ll definitely be shopping with SalonLove again. Thank you to Belynda and the entire team, your care and professionalism really stood out :)

My friend Kim Parsons introduced me to SalonLove and I haven't looked back since. I buy all my hair products from SalonLove. I have recently tried the 'Sens.ús Illumyna Care Color', shampoo and conditioner and wow, my hair feels and looks amazing. Definitely the best product used to date! Also what I love about SalonLove they often send a free gift, which is so sweet and unexpected, thank you so much. One of my gifts recently is an hairbrush, absolutely wonderful.

Excellent customer service
I was recommended this company by my hairdresser for some products for my hair. Easy site to navigate. However on checkout I did get a little confused and bought an item I did not want. After sending an email to them they rectified my mistake quickly and issued an immediate refund. Excellent customer service and dispatch time. Will certainly use again.

Speedy delivery
Speedy delivery. I haven’t used the product yet however I have had the same product on my hair when visiting my marvellous hairdresser in the salon and always my hair looks fab. Looking forward to using the brush and of course my hair product. A very happy lady😁.

ordered another gift set with voucher…Disappointing
ordered another gift set with voucher in to find I was not able to use voucher as it had the same code as the previous set I ordered and no way of contacting them . At no point did it say only one gift voucher per house hold
