Scam

Ordered 2 packages almost a month ago. Today, Dutch DPD emailed to say they my package was delivered with permission to leave in a safe place. No tracking information, no product, no customer service. They said they will look into it but they never do. I don’t believe the package has been handed to my own country Ireland, as DPD here have no record of having received anything.

£120 wasted, have to go through a chargeback process now with my bank

Short delivery time. Courier issues all sorted

I read the recent reviews and saw the complaints about the delivery time, but was prepared to wait as the price was great. Surprisingly I received my order within 2 days. Ordered on the Tuesday and it arrived on the Thursday morning. Looks like they have got their courier issues all sorted.

I ordered a 1000ml BOTTLE of conditioner costing £37 but when it arrived it was a REFIL POUCH, which is too awkward to use at that size and will most likely spill everywhere- I don't have am empty 1000ml bottle otherwise I would have made the choice MYSELF to order a refil!
Appalling customer service from UK.
Nobody answers phone and the 'hold' voice changed to Dutch after 2 minutes.
WISH I'D READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY- AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Do not shop here

Do not shop here. They're fraudsters and do anything they can to avoid refunding you, nor do they supply prepaid returns label or assist with return steps.

Im now having to go through my bank. I wish I never encountered this fraudulent and deceptive company. Lessons learned.

Very unsatisfactory experience AVOID AVOID AVOID !!
If I only can give zero out of 5 stars!
Made purchase for hair product on 27th of February. Received confirmation from DPD with estimated delivery date 6th of March. Then trouble began after with consistent message on DPD site that there is delay with parcel . I have communicated with saloon total multiple times.Back and forth unuseful emails and asking me to wait for a query they started with DPD on 9th of March asked to wait for 2 weeks for their response and as usual they have ghosted me when I was emailing them not even admitting that the parcel was lost ! I have asked many times for refund and yet they have deliberately denied liability blaming DPD service !! Totally unacceptable and poor service . To make it even more worse I received an email 26 days later from DPD saying parcel was delivered to my address and the tracking showed delivery in Netherlands !! I have proof of every single communication for this. They are now actively avoiding me and haven’t even showed me proof of delivery or refund my money !! Absolute disgrace of a service and a company ! I will have now to seek legal route as I was scammed by this company.

Astonishingly bad customer service

Astonishingly bad customer service. Late delivery, then product was faulty. Would not accept return, would not accept any responsibility. Rude responses and long delays. Have had to give up and try and find refund from paypal. Avoid!

Bargain

Cheapest site found for a product that was recommended to me, absolute bargain, took nearly 2wks to arrive so not long compared to what I was expecting
