Never received the product and when I asked for a refund, I never received that as well. Do not buy anything from this site

I placed an order which never arrived. And no refund either. I have been sending emails constantly. Two times a got a response that we have issued refund. After a month of checking i didnt get any refund and now they are not even responding.
This is a SCAM

Ordered wobble board from this company in January but it didn’t arrive . On contacting the company I was told that I was in the 1 per cent of people where the transit failed and they said they would refund my money in 5-7 working days. 2 weeks later and no sign of my refund. Do not order from this company.

If i could give 0 stars i would, i ordered a present for my son, they kept saying it was the delivery fault that they had ‘lost’ it, was promised a refund, never got a refund and are ignoring multiple of my emails, it had now been well over a month

Now looking at other people's reviews I realise that I too have been scammed. Ordered goods in Jan 26 for a Feb Delivery. Items never arrived they told me to follow up with the courier, when I told them that is their job, as how would I know what courier to follow up, they then "investigated" the item was lost. I was promised a full refund which also didn't happen. Surely someone can do something to cancel these Scammers.

I ordered a Montessori activity house on 18/1/26 I have not received it, I've emailed several times first I was told it would be delivered in 3 days...it wasn't so I emailed again only to be told that it had been misplaced ! Finally I ran out of patience as we are now in march and ask for a full refund I was told it would take 5/7 working days, I still have not received a refund and have emailed again asking for my money back immediately....I know I've been scammed and I'm disgusted that people can effectively steal your money when you have bought from them in good faith...AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I Wish I had read the reviews before parting with my hard earned cash.

Scam. I ordered 4 wobble disks, and they never arrived.

Con. AI generated replies. Not received product two months on and no order confirmation received only thing I got was the money going out my account. Scam

Terrible service. AI generated responses to a lost order. Finally they said they world refund the purchase price and that didn’t happen either. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Don’t buy from this company, after a month the item didn’t arrive I chased them and apparently it’s lost however I’m still waiting a refund wouldn’t purchase from again

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a clock from them. As we went past the delivery date, sent them an email asking where my clock was. Usual bullsh*t platitudes about 'unexpected delays', 'now dispatched' blah blah blah. Fast forward another 6 weeks still nothing.
Rip off low-life scumbags, avoid them like the plague.

Do not. I repeat do not order from these people. It is a scam. I've been waiting for over a month. I get no tracking numbers I get nothing to help me track my thing that I ordered for my wife over a month ago and I should have looked at all the reviews before I ordered it. But I was so excited about what I was ordering. I didn't unfortunately so just don't order from these people. They're a big rip-off.

Fraud, kept waiting a month and tracking didn’t get updated. Dont waste your money.

Place an order for a child’s toy 5 weeks ago still waiting for it to be delivered, have send a couple of emails last one asking for my money back , let’s wait and see , avoid this company at all cost ….
Since writing this review 2 weeks ago i am still waiting for my refund and was told to be be patient as it was send 10 business days ago but was told it would be back into my account within 5-7 business days!

Absolutely horrendous company, avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!! Liars and a con. I ordered an item for my grandson's birthday on the 26th Jan, still NO order... said 3-5 working days!!!!!!!! keep lying, telling me it will be here. Reporting this company to the Ombudsman and Trading Standards

No delivery got scamed by the looks order at beginning of Feb and had my email for tracking and nothing since it said it delivered to the uk

Ordered a product on the 7th February and haven't received anything. Tracking information just says 'ordered created' on 7fh February. Customer service has told me it's a courier/supplier issue. Well I expect it to be written on the website before purchase so people can make their own decisions whether to continue with the order but overall, don't buy from here, you won't receive anything other than a headache.

I am extremely disappointed with my order (Toddler Slide Rocking Toy). I never received my item, and the tracking information provided was not accurate or helpful. It showed updates that did not reflect the actual delivery status, and there was no clear explanation of what happened to my package.

This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better service. Not recommend this website
