This was a first purchase from this Company and the items did not disappoint. Exactly what I was expecting and nice quality. There was a slight delay but that was because the item had been so popular and they were waiting for new stock. The company responded to my query so I was not left in the dark. The packaging was good and price competitive. All in all very pleased with the service and items purchased.

After having a defect pepper mill
After having a defect pepper mill, and the packaging was in a very bad state. I have received an refund of it. It is sadly the fault of costums. Thank you for making this right

Thank you again for your understanding. We are sorry again that your parcel was opened and not properly secured by customs when it reached the destination country.
Due to ongoing issues with damaged parcels leaving customs, we made the decision in January to pause international shipping to prevent this happening again.
