I wanted to purchase a comb after watching a taichiwithmom video. Reading the terms of service, the company behind Saludea is CUONG TM E-commerce, registered in the UK. Beware that this company shows as Disolved on the British commerce website. Definitely not purchasing anything.
The reflexology slippers stunk and they would not give me a paid return shipping label. I would have paid the return postage, but they insisted that the item be sent to CHINA, not to the California address that was on the package.
My second item never came. Do not buy from this merchant!
I ordered the resistance band, and it's a piece of junk!! I just wasted my money on a worthless band, and I will never order from them again!!
I will not watch any more of their exercise videos, and I am done with them scamming people to buy junk!!!
They do not even deserve one star.
HORRIBLE! Ordered a resistance band and exercise video. The band is worthless and there was no exercise guide. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. Never again!!

I followed a link on instagrams’ Taichiwithmom to order the band used in the exercise videos. These exercises look like a great way to tone. However if you purchase the band you will only be making a donation to this company. It is cheaply made, too short and useless for the intended purpose. The exercise video was not sent.
They misrepresented their band and video. It’s not a video ( although my email receipt shows a video) it’s a guide. No refund. So basically…. Shein sells band less than 2$ and you get a printout of a workout. Or are directed to watch them on IG. Duh! That’s free.

In the advertisement I received for exercise tools from Saludea, that ad specified that returns could be made and must be addressed within 10 days of shipping, and the purchase would be responsible for return postage. That was fair and I was willing to pay the postage if I had to request return.
Once I received my order, I tried the stretch band out but the material offered no resistance. So I immediately contacted the company. They stated the bands were not defective therefore, no returns. They also stated their return policy...most of which was omitted on the advertisement. Had all of that information been on the ad, I would not have taken the chance and placed an order. Reliable companies will allow returns if the product does not work for your purpose, especially if it is returned in new condition. I will say that Saludea was polite and quick to respond but not willing to accommodate my request.
