Steph is absolutely amazing!! Does multiple services!! Lovely experience

Sophie is such a lovely person and she made me feel so comfortable during my treatment. She also took the time to do it properly even though I was the one who came late.

My experience at Samantha Rose has been amazing yet again, Aisha made me feel so comfortable, definitely recommend 🩷

Just had my third session and you can clearly see the difference. My skin is a lot clearer and smoother. All the staff are extremely sweet, helpful and welcoming. I had Sophie and she was lovely and friendly 🙂

Experience was amazing. Made me feel soo comfortable and at ease as a guy was really nervous. Sophie was amazing.

Staff always professional efficient and friendly making the experience so easy and pleasant

I can’t recommend Steph (beauty therapist) enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel completely comfortable and at ease. She really takes the time to explain everything and goes at your pace, which makes such a difference—especially if you’re feeling nervous about laser treatments.
Her professionalism and gentle approach instantly build trust, and you never feel rushed or pressured. The whole experience feels personal, supportive, and genuinely caring. If you’re considering laser treatment and want someone who truly prioritises your comfort, this is the place to go 💖

Started my tattoo removal process here, I love how fast efficient this place is while still making sure to explain the whole process and put you at ease while doing so. Would definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful cupids glow facial with Steph. Gonna make them a regular treat to myself, thank you, see you again.

Such an amazing aqua treatment with Steph, she was fantastic. My skin felt so refreshed and was glowing afterwards!

Had my second laser session with Sophie. Honestly the best person that works there. Very friendly and bubbly and makes you feel comfortable. Seen a massive different in my hair growth after my first session of laser. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

Highly recommended great service lovely staff

The customer service, experience and knowledge of the staff are exceptional, my laser experience is amazing, im seeing great results and growing in confidence and loving make up free days.
I would recommend Samantha Rose to all thinking and mulling over laser, go for it do it, its well worth it... you would wish you did it sooner.

I had a really good experience at Samantha Rose. The staff were very welcoming and professional, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
I’m really happy with the results so far and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser treatments.

Amazing first session with Samantha Rose Skin & Laser. Kind and professional can’t wait to see the results

Been coming here for over a year now for lazer treatment. Can’t think of anything negative to say about my experience from the first time I visited to date. Sam initially opened up the shop out of hours for me, for a consultation and gave me a great price and deal which I couldn’t turn down. Steph has always done my treatment with care, and is always very professional. She’ll always help me out when I need to rearrange an appointment last minute and caters to my needs. All the other staff are always super friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and pleasant. Have always recommended and will continue to do so.

I have been going to Samantha rose skin and laser for nearly 12 month. I attended for a consultation in regards to laser treatment on my face. After filling in the health questionnaire, Sam informed me that due to having PCOS they had an offer on where I would get 6 free sessions when I purchase 6 sessions. Absolute bonus! Why would I turn this down? She didn't have to offer that but she did. I was very impressed with the consultation, she explained the laser process and the problems that come with PCOS. Sam didn't come across as desperate for custom, she was very nice, professional and honest. So I took up the offer and I'm nearly reaching the end of my 12 sessions that I pre booked and I am absolutely over the moon, it defo works and I could tell just after the first session. I don't have to shave no where near as much as I used to and I'm feeling more confident within my own skin. Amy and Mishal have been doing my treatments and I certainly have no complaints. Each time I arrive I am greeted with a smile, offered a drink, informed of my wait time. The whole team are very nice, welcoming and so down to earth. I would defo highly recommend the laser, money well spent.

Excellent customer service. Flexible, clear and informative when enquiring about payment choices and appointment times.
