My experience with the Sacred Space
My experience with the Sacred Space, Sammy’s guidance and support has truly helped me restart my healing process! I really needed some accountability and especially learning more detailed techniques on resetting my nervous system. I was feeling over capacitated for a while now, and through all the breathing techniques and daily somatic practice I started implementing in my life, things are starting to feel lighter! One of the things that has helped most, is resourcing these practices instead of acting impulsive during intense moments of Motherhood! Sammy has really made me understand how important it is to take daily care of myself, that it’s not just about getting active with a workout, but really listening to our bodies and giving it what it needs! I needed more personal healing and am in that path at the moment. The support I get through this beautiful community really calms down the negative inner thoughts by accepting we are worthy of feeling all that we feel, we are not alone!
Thank you so much for that listening ear and kind words in moments of desperation! Sometimes all we really need is someone to listen, no judgement, no advice, just being able to pour it all out makes a huge difference especially during Motherhood! 🫶🏼❤️
