I love this beautiful dress which arrived quickly , and received several Emails to inform me when it was shipped with tracking number. The best thing was an Email letting me know that the style is loose and long with a caring personal touch! It was one of the best online shopping experiences!

Not received parcel contacted parcel company and they have lost it so not very impressed at all I would like this problem resolved ASAP please

Hi Daniel, you have informed us that the parcel was missing after contacting the courier company and we have sent you the replacement bracelet straight away (next day after we received your email). The courier company is a 3rd party service provider and unfortunately it was them who lost the parcel not us. We always ship orders promptly and incase of any unforeseen circumstances we support our clients without a doubt.

Hi Miriam, by checking your email address I can see you ordered Belstaff jacket in November and Temperley London dress in July. According to our records everything was sent accordingly to what was advertised. We never received any enquiry from you that something was wrong with any of the orders.

The only sample sale I attend at least twice a year. Especially anticipating beach season to find bargain designer swimwear, straw bags and tunics. Great choice of designers, from emerging to luxury.

Great locations, fab choice of designers and sizes. The team are always super helpful! There is a place to try on clothes and it’s an enjoyable experience not like those chaotic sales.

I love Sample Sale
I love Sample Sale! Every time I go there I end up buying absolutely amazing beautiful dresses! unique and high quality. Super happy with the selection they bring.
What is more I love the energy that Marianna and her team create. Super welcoming, luxurious and enjoyable. And I made few friends through those events too. Can't wait till the next one, so can get myself something special for this spring to make my heart sing and all the eyes admire! :)
