Loved the bra when i tried it but went downhill after 2nd use. The back mechanism twists when you try to tighten the bra itself and it's the same on both bras I've bought. Despite the website claiming they respond to emails in 24hrs they've ignored me now for over 3 weeks and now im out of the reduns period!! Shocking customer service!! Avoid, don't waste your money!!!
Don’t even deserve 1 star!
Despite all the claims on the website that there is 30 day refund policy there is not! To claim refund you must email them. I’ve emailed 4 times and not received a response! Having read other reviews on here I don’t expect to now. I’ll now try to claim back from my credit card.
Regarding the item, I followed their advice to determine which size but it’s too small. The Velcro bits around the band digs in. The top of the zip is lumpy and uncomfortable and shows through clothing. Given the numerous reviews on lack of customer service I’d say the company is a scam - selling inferior goods and never responding to return/refund requests.
The products arrived in time and that part was fine. They didn't fit well so I emailed them twice now asking to start a return, as suggested in their website, but they haven't responded at all. It's been 2 weeks since I emailed them.
Absolutely shocking company to deal with.
Bought 2 nearly a month ago and need to return/exchange them but after sending weekly emails - no response from them EVER!!!
I've gone as far as emailing them, messaging them on Facebook as well but no response as yet!!!
Can't complaint about customer service when there simply isn't any customer service!!!
The bra itself has lots of potential with the lift and support it offers.
The drawbacks are:
The straps twist and the band folds. If you move the straps to uncross them, it does not provide the support I need to do yoga.
The velcro pads are prickly and overlap the straps so the dig in. There is a zip at the front which is secure but the pieces of material which cover the top and bottom of the zip end up showing through any top I wear.
The main reason for 1 star here is the lack of response to my emails asking for help regarding the return. When you buy it there is a promise that you can return it if you aren't happy - This isn't true.
I wear a 36ff.
If I could give no stars I would. Terrible company! I think they are a scam. Substandard product that you can’t return as they wont do it unless you email them! Of course, they don’t answer your email. Shocking!!!! Don’t waste your money !!!!
Have emailed customer services about a return and no one gets back to me. To date I've emailed 4 times. The bras are not a good fit at all. They squish everything up and do not support or feel comfortable. The straps twist as soon as you move/dance. Awful.

Cheap, nasty and uncomfortable. Budge up in back, scratchy velcro and just plain bad sport bra.
Customer service ignored emails.
Delivery fine,but product didn't fit,I've emailed customer service 4 times now & not a reply back at all,if they just emailed me back we can sort this easily,as it's an American company it poor customer service.
