The whole journey with Samson Outdoor Living was smooth. Micky and Joe who finally installed the awning took any challenges in their stride, installed it well, showed us how to operate it (simple!) and cleaned up after after themselves. Thanks!

The quality of the awning and the installation experience (Micky and Joe were fantastic!) were excellent. We're delighted with it and it has transformed the enjoyment of our house/garden. Would have given it 5 stars except for a slightly disappointing post- sales experience, but that's in the past and we're looking forward to being able to enjoy 12 months of British weather instead of the usual 3!

Micky and Joe installed our awning very professionally. They called me to let me know when they were coming which I appreciated. They worked together very well and they were polite to my wife and myself. They answered any questions that we asked. They worked quickly but did not rush. Before they left they cleaned up after themselves and checked that the awning worked properly. They also explained how to operate the awning. I can honestly say that I would recommend Samson Outdoor Living to anyone wanting an awning.

I recently purchased a Markilux 1600 Stretch Semi-Cassette Retractable awning from Samson Outdoor Living. Throughout the whole process, after initially attending their showroom, selecting the a suitable awning that was fit for purpose with the assistance of Vicky the sales person and the subsequent attendance of the sales person to my home confirming the measurements, ensuring the awning selected would fit and confirming colour selection prior to delivery and fitting. The whole process was seamless and professional throughout without issue. In my case the whole process from attending the showroom to fitting took around six weeks. The communications throughout this period was excellent and on the day of the fitting, the installers were Micky and Joe turned up on time, both were polite, professional and experienced. Installing our new awning within 2 hours. I was impressed with their professionalism.
For the past month were have been using the new awning on a daily basis especially during these recent heatwaves, the awning has been a absolute blessing, we have enjoyed sitting outside on our patio for many hours, something we would not have been able to enjoy without the new awning. These awnings are not cheap but an investment into enjoying something much more in your home, I only wished we did years ago.
I can certainly recommend buying a quality awning through Samson Outdoor Living and experiencing the hassle free professional service they offered.

The fitters that installed my new pergola awning (Micky and Brett) were very efficient.
They arrived on time, made minimum mess, tidied up afterwards, and gave me full instruction on how to use the awning, and warnings about which order to close it.
The awning does everything I had hoped, and even though it was windy today, the main section hardly moved. The front valance was blowing around too much to use, but that is understandable.

The guys arrived bang on time and we immediately took to their professionalism and friendliness. They got straight down to work and the job was completed on time to a very high standard. They tidied up the site - took all the packaging etc away and we are delighted with the end result. In additional to the installation we enjoyed all our communications with a very professional Samson team.

Micky & Scott did an excellent job installing our pergola in just a morning. They were quick, efficient, and very tidy. Really nice job. Explained everything clearly and answered my questions, very polite. Showroom was also excellent - took the time to explain everything. Order process was also on time \ no delays. Would thoroughly recommend the company.

Micky and Scott arrived first thing this morning to install a Weinor Awning. They did an excellent job.Fast, efficient and very tidy. Have no hesitation in recommending Samson Outdoor Living all their employees from Sales to Installation have been so efficient and helpful.

Excellent help from Samson in selecting our Markilux awning and understanding how it would be installed in its location. We borrowed the book of material swatches, a great help. Kept up to date with the order and awning fitted by Micky and Scott the other day. Very efficient and tidy. We are delighted with the whole process.

Great service through the process from enquiry, through to order, and delivery/installation. Great product, the Weinor Terrazza Pure, solid, looks great and will add an outdoor living aspect to our lives that previously we couldn’t have. No more BBQing under umbrellas! Micky and Jamie, the fitting team, were superb, the best. The installation is in Guernsey, so am very grateful to everyone at Samson for all the efforts to accommodate our distant location.

The service received from the start has been excellent. That includes the visit to the showroom, the surveyor and the installation chaps (Micky & Jamie). We're looking forward to using the awning next year, providing the rain stops...

We are thrilled, the glassroom we had installed is an amazing product. We saw it reviewed by a customer on YouTube and were really keen to get this incredible room. We are delighted with it being pure glass, no door frames, and posts only in the corner. It truly is outside inside. The advice when we had a survey of our site was really professional and helpful, and installation super amazing. Micky and Jamie did a great job. We felt looked after and listened to all the way. Had my awning issued last year and we did have an issue on installation. But Paul in the office moved heaven and earth to find a solution and put things right, allowing the wonderful installers, Chris & Craig, to install our awning on time with minimal fuss (by me).

They lived miles away from us but arrived at our convenience to finish things off - much appreciated as it then didn't impact on our work - and Craig and Chris were super polite and very nice guys. Paul was amazing too and very professional, and just got the issue sorted. Mistakes happen. Its how they are dealt with that's the issue and they really did turn my experience around.

A year on, the awning still looks fabulous. And I feel a bit guilty I didn't write this sooner.

I find customer service is generally lacking these days, but in my experience, not at Samson.
