Defective Dresses -2 times & No Resolution Despite Multiple Follow-ups
I was delivered torn dresses on two separate occasions. Despite my continuous weekly follow-ups, there has been no proper response, no POC contact details, and no serious effort to resolve this matter since JAN 2026. Additionally, the behavior and handling of my complaint have been highly disappointing.
Due to this negligence, my event was completely ruined. I have faced significant mental stress, inconvenience, and a complete waste of time.Receiving defective items twice

Disappointing Online Shopping Experience with Sana Safinaz
I am extremely disappointed with my online shopping experience with Sana Safinaz. My previous order had a size issue, and now my recent order arrived with a stain. On top of that, I’m being asked to pay shipping for a mistake that wasn’t mine. Calls to customer service either don’t connect or stay on hold, which is very frustrating. Brands should fix issues, not frustrate customers!

Customer service was very poor. The team should verify information before responding to customers, and they should stand by what they communicate.
My issue started when I noticed that the checkout calculation was showing amounts in rupees instead of dollars, while the website stated that international shipping is free on orders of $200 and above. Later, after contacting the team ,they informed me that free shipping applies to orders of $300 and above.
However, even after my order total reached $338, I was still being charged for shipping at checkout. I was then told that there was an error and that free shipping would not be honored.The main concern is why free shipping was confirmed initially without proper verification. Since this was an error on your side, the customer should not be penalized. Once confirmed, the commitment should have been honored.
This experience reflects a lack of proper customer service handling, and the team needs better training in communication and accountability.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the stitched outfits I received in my recent order. For the price I paid, I expected premium quality, but several items arrived with serious stitching faults and fabric damage.
Issues found:
• One of the suits (Stitched Muzlin Lawn Suit – Rs.11,499) has a big tear in the embroidered area, which looks like the fabric ripped during stitching.
• The culotte of the same suit is poorly attached and hanging loose.
• Elastic stitching on the trousers is unfinished and coming out.
• Several seams are uneven, unfinished, or incorrectly stitched, making the outfits look cheap despite being full-price items.
I’m very shocked, these defects are not small, they make the outfits unwearable.
For such a reputable brand, this level of quality is unacceptable.

My experience with Sana Safinaz was very disappointing. I ordered 9 articles, but I only received 7 — and one of them was missing the shalwar (bottom piece). I contacted their customer service for a refund, but I haven’t received any response so far.
I made the payment online, which turned out to be a big mistake. Their customer service is not cooperative at all. I strongly recommend not to pay online — always choose Cash on Delivery, otherwise you might never get your money back.

The threads had come out a lot from an area from an embroideryoutfit. I contacted them three times but they only responded once and nothing after that.

Stitching and materials
My sister in law was on visit from Pakistan she bought dress as a gift for my kids . We love to see them but when stsrt using buttons fell off neck line ripped armhole is tooo tight with elastic neck hole is too small for the sizes and materials are just cotton is good all other 👎.neck holes for 10 years is justlike 3 years old and sttiching is very bad .I am giving this review for quality control plz take it as a guideline.
Fraudulent practices, terrible customer service
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this company. The promotional offer on Pakistan independent day was “ Buy 5 items for the price of 3”. I placed the order and paid around £500 in total. After more than 3 weeks of placing the order as there was no update I contacted the company and was informed that the two articles which were meant to be free as part of the deal were “ faulty,” and I can only get 3 items. When I inquired about the payment instead of resolving the matter fairly, the company told me that the special offer is no longer valid there fore they can’t honour it anymore therefore they will have to cancel my entire order.
What is even more unacceptable is that I had to reach out myself to inquire why my order was delayed, only to be told of this issue with my order. At no point did the company take the initiative to inform me, despite being fully aware of the situation.
My impression is that the special offer on Pakistan’s independance day was in fact a scam and was merely a marketing ploy to take advantage of our patriotic spirit. To offer 2 items for free after paying for 3, and then to be told that the 2 free items were no longer available and that the offer has now expired, seems entirely convenient and very suspicious.
This lack of transparency and professionalism reflects very poorly on the company’s customer service and integrity.
I wonder how many more people would have had the same experience ?

My parcel went back as it could not be delivered due to my mistake . I contacted zaihgam and he made sure it gets stopped at Miami n gets shipped back to Kansas. He was in constant touch through what’s app and worked with me to get the parcel back to me in no time. I was so worried tht my money would go waste and I won’t get it delivered but due to him it was all possible.

I ordered a dress from sanasafinaz website and when got the delivery it was sent to me abroad. As there were a lot of dresses and I asked a friend to bring these dresses for me, she couldn’t check those dresses before bringing to me and also we know that Sana Safinaz is a well known brand so they won’t cheat. But we were wrong. I got an item which has 3 QC problems and it was even mentioned on the tag. I am attaching pictures. This dress has different colors stain in front of dress, on neck and back neck also. Also they even put stickers on it where those stains were but they choose to send me this defective dress. And when I contacted them via mail, no answer and then via WhatsApp and then no solution. Be very careful before ordering from this brand, they will only cheat.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Resolution
I am extremely unhappy with my purchase from Sana Safinaz. I placed a large order that included many items, and upon receiving the package, I discovered that one piece was missing. I immediately contacted customer service and explained the situation. Instead of helping, they insisted that I provide a picture as proof.
How am I supposed to take a picture of something that isn’t there? It’s unreasonable to expect customers to provide photographic evidence of a missing item—especially when it’s one piece out of a large order. It’s not like I would go through the hassle of reporting a single missing item just to make something up.
Despite several emails and follow-ups, my concerns were repeatedly ignored. Their customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and failed to provide any kind of resolution. I made it clear that I wasn’t going to waste more of my time over one missing piece, but the entire experience left a bad taste.
Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Definitely not recommended—I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Thoroughly disappointed with the ladies suit I purchased from @SanaSafinazOfficial.
They sent me a discoloured shirt that clearly didn’t match the trouser—completely different from what was displayed online. Since its arrival, I’ve repeatedly contacted them via email and phone, only to receive automated responses. On the rare occasions I’ve managed to speak to a representative, my complaint has been dismissed outright with the claim that a “fresh item” was sent—without so much as verifying my concern.
This was not a cheap purchase that can simply be brushed aside.
I’m now sending a formal legal notice, and if the issue remains unresolved, I will file a civil suit under the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014. At the end of the day, it’s not just about the money—it’s a matter of principle.

Update 2: these people are so obnoxious. They sent me an email stating that one of the articles was imperfect and that they would issue a refund. I responded and still didn't get any money back. So, I went and checked the order status and saw it was still processing at the warehouse. Right away I called my credit card and filed a dispute and within three days I received their merchandise. I reversed the dispute but they still did not respond how and when they would refund the piece that they took the money and did not send. I am super frustrated with their horrible customer service. They lied in the beginning. Then the next rep was nice. Now, I am going through the same issue. I am not even sure when I'm going to get my money back.
Update 1: they responded and was very understanding and kind. They were also willing to issue a refund. I am pleased and willing to continue with the purchase. I will update again after I get the merchandise.
Please do not buy from them. The worst customer service. They lie. I spent so much money not to get a bad customer service and lies. They told me they cannot put a lining in the sleeves after order has been placed. But it’s not mentioned otherwise on their website. I have requested for a cancellation. They come back and said they the order has been shipped with no tracking number and closed the chat!! I didn’t receive any confirmation email with the tracking number either! These people can do better!! They are simply LIARS!! I bought from their own website. Not a SCAM site.

Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Customer Service
I cannot express how deeply frustrated and disappointed I am with Sana Safinaz. I’ve been waiting patiently for a resolution to an issue where they completely forgot to send part of my order, and now they’re asking me to provide proof. I've already shared multiple forms of proof, but they continue to ignore me and offer no real solution.
I’ve repeatedly informed them that I will be leaving Karachi soon, and yet, despite this urgency, there has been absolutely no proper response or effort to resolve the issue. For a big, well-known brand, I expected so much better. The lack of accountability for their mistake is beyond disappointing, especially when I’ve been so patient throughout this entire process.
Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I’ve been continuously messaging them with barely any response, and when I do hear back, it’s always a generic “it’s shared with the relevant team.” Well, clearly that’s not helping me at all. It feels like they don't care about their customers at all.
I trusted this brand, but now I’ll be warning everyone I know to steer clear. This is completely unacceptable, and I’ll never be shopping here again.

People in the comment section aren’t lying. First of all, do not order from them. They’re truly scammers. I placed an order and received all of the articles except one. They sent me an email and said that one article is out of stock. They offered store credit and refund. I asked for refund and I’ve been sending emails back and forth for almost two months now. I also spoke to people on WhatsApp but no use. They keep saying “your inquiry has been forwarded to relevant department.” That one suit was the most expensive one in the order I placed. They loot international customers. BEWARE guys!!! Save yourself the trouble and time. Once again, do not order from them. They don’t even deserve 0 stars. I might as well post about this on social media like TikTok to spread awareness. All I want to say is that SHAME on you Sana Safinaz for scamming people. I didn’t expect this from a well known brand.
