Refund policy
I was given a gift along with a gift receipt. The gift was lovely but not for me unfortunately, it was some UGG boots. I don’t wear jeans so thought I would return the gift and change it for something I liked. No chance ! 2 week Exchange policy! I was a total of 10 days over despite me telling them I had had an operation and a family member had passed ! No empathy at all. Be very careful all! I will now avoid the shop altogether!
Ignoring emails won’t refund
Trying to get a refund from them and return some boots, have ignored 2 emails from me. Can’t get hold of them at all. Going to have to raise claim back with my credit card company.

I have been chasing a refund for an out of stock item for over 3 weeks , originally said refund had been processed ( which it hadn’t ) and now just ignoring emails/Facebook messages/ instagram messages !
Dreadful service!
Hasn’t shipped an order placed 2 weeks ago with no contact, then unexpectedly closed their online store; “reassured” buyers via email that orders will be shipped but had no contact since, and no reply to the emails or Facebook messages I’ve sent. I’m really frustrated now with the awful customer service and I’d like either my product or my money back.
EDIT 23/7/25 - I’ve finally had an email regarding a refund on my order, citing item out of stock - almost 3 weeks after the order was made. Thank you for the refund, but the limited contact after my chasing the store several times with no reply, and the amount of time taken to refund means I won’t be shopping here again.

Superb service from Sandersons on this, ordered Birkenstocks on Thursday 26th June and they arrived in time for when they were needed today. The parcel was incredibly well wrapped and protected, the clogs were best priced and I remain hugely impressed by Sandersons service and attention to detail. I had an issue when I placed my order, emailed customer services and they resolved the issue. Item arrived, excellent packaging and I absolutely love my new Holland Cooper Trainers. I will
not hesitate to order from here again.
Sandersons do not pay their suppliers
Sandersons do not pay their suppliers. We have supplied stock to them which they claimed as faulty but have not return the goods and are selling full price on their website. Amount owed to us is over £6,000. We have been trading for 13 years and never I have experienced such awful treatment to us as a supplier.
I ordered a gift for Mother’s Day and…
I ordered a gift for Mother’s Day and paid the £7.99 next day delivery so it would come in time… my order was still processing 2 days later so I emailed and was assured that my item would be sent out that day and would arrive the following day… they also made a point of saying they had bumped my delivery up to make sure it arrived the next day even though I had paid for next day delivery anyway so wasn’t really doing me any favours… the item never arrived so I had to chase again to find out where it was as I wasn’t given any tracking information through DPD as they usually do… my item was never posted out and after having to email numerous times the reply I got was what is you order number which I gave out 3 times through emails… then when I asked for a refund the answer was that the item was out of stock so was never actually posted out anyway and I was fobbed off for days. Avoid!!
Inferior products at high end prices! ordered a jumper which on arrival had…
I ordered a jumper which on arrival had clearly been worn. It had multiple areas of Pilling and no store label on it.
They also dispatched the wrong size to what I had ordered. I had to chase for a full refund.
Not a good experience, not impressed and certainly won't be purchasing from this store again

This was my second purchase from Sandersons online store and I have been so impressed each time with the quality of the items, care of packaging and speed of delivery. Highly recommended!
Poor customer service
Made an online purchase and had no update for a week (despite shipping being noted as 3 - 4 days). I contacted the team who took their sweet time to tell me that they dont have my order in warehouse stock and as a result of me flaggingthw whereabouts of my order are now looking at locating it across their shop fronts and would get back to me the same day. They did not and it took me multiple attempts to get an update. They then blamed an incorrect postal address...absolute nonsense.
2 weeks later and finally got the order. They are denying its from a store and has been tried on (which it very obviously from the packaging and quality has) and despite the fact that they didnt honour their delivery period or didn't tell me that the item wasn't even in stock, are not offering even a free refund. I've had better customer service at lower end range stores. Also why show something online as in stock when it's not?
Needless to say I wont be ordering from them again...I don't purchase items to have to manage the logistics and admin myself!

I love the perfume but was disappointed…
I love the perfume but was disappointed that when I got home and looked on the website to find that it was £22 cheaper than what I payed in the shop.
It was the last day that store was open at fox valley so thought I’d treat myself, but was disappointed that it was the same price as the website
