Chris was extremely responsive and professional during our initial conversation. He showed up on time and was knowledgeable and respectful. He fixed my generator in no time. Based on my experience, I have scheduled other repairs. I definitely recommend!

Chris was a HUGE help at two of our homes recently
Chris helped us with appliance repairs at two of our homes recently and going forward we will only be using Chris: He was that good and that fair on his pricing plus his response time in helping us was great. At one of our homes he helped get an older front loading dryer working again that I had thought would be so expensive to repair that I may as well buy a new dryer. Chris saved me a lot of money being able to repair the older front dryer quickly and inexpensively. At our other home he helped with a difficult repair on an expensive high end built in double convection oven with electronic touch-screen controls and computer boards. In both cases he was very responsive and came quickly, knew what he was doing, and relative to the other appliance repairs folks I had been using saved me money. Plus one of the homes was an hour away from Chris yet he was VERY reasonable on his charges. Going forward I definitely won’t be using anyone other than Chris for appliance repairs with both my personal homes and my long term rentals that I own. I will also be referring him to the homeowners of the homes my design-build firm builds. Both as a design-build contractor and as an owner of over 60 long term rentals I have used a lot of different appliance repairs people over the years and I wish I had met Chris years ago.

Timely response
I reached out to Chris about my over not hearing and he was able to come out the next day! After about 30-45 minutes he let me know he was finished and everything was working again!
