I'm beyond frustrated with the service I've received. Despite making every monthly payment on time, the issues in my house have gone unaddressed. To add insult to injury, I've received emails asking me to pay for months I've already settled, forcing me to repeatedly provide proof of payment because they can't seem to keep track. When I've reached out to my agent, Aleesha, with concerns about repairs or payment discrepancies, she's consistently failed to respond. Now, I'm still waiting for my deposit over two weeks after the expected date, with claims that I've missed a payment – which is completely false. It's starting to look like a deliberate tactic. If I don't see the money in my account by next Monday, I'll be taking them to court. The lack of customer service is appalling. I would strongly advise against using their services – it's a complete waste of time and stress.
