Hi Samuel,
We have not received any message or email from you whatsoever requesting a refund on tickets, so we are unsure where this review has stemmed from.
We can see that you ordered your tickets on the 9th April for our ‘Halfway to Halloween’ event which is taking place on the 20th April.
Regardless, as stated on our terms and conditions and on the event ticket pages tickets are strictly nonrefundable, but we are always happy to move your tickets to any other upcoming date in the year.
We would appreciate if you could drop us an email to stephen@sanitariumclothing.co.uk so that we can discuss this further, and an update to this review would be appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Sanitarium Clothing

Incredible Company
The quality of the clothing is incredible, the delivery was quicker than I expected as well which is always a bonus. The t-shirts I ordered are comfy and big enough where they don't feel restrictive with movement
