I got the dry ice blasting machine and after the second use 2 of the nozzles fell apart. Also the rubber hose inside kept blowing off so I had to replace the hose connectors with better ones

I got great value for my money
I recently bought an RT50 floor scrubber from sanitmax.com, and their service was fantastic. The customer service rep walked me through the machine’s operation via video and patiently answered all my questions about floor cleaning. Honestly, I was initially drawn in by their low prices, but the excellent after-sales service was a pleasant surprise. It made me feel like I got great value for my money. I’d definitely recommend them to my friends, especially those with large warehouses.

Had a part that was broken when it came…
Had a part that was broken when it came in. After identifying what part it was. I contacted customer service and they were able to send over the part that needed to be fixed. Once I got it installed it works amazingly!!

BUYER BEWARE! Sanitmax is not a reputable business!
In May of this year I purchased a floor scrubber machine from this company. The item weighed nearly 100 lb and was shipped in a cardboard container that was partially destroyed when it arrived it was held together with six band straps it was not a container meant to ship an item this heavy. Once I opened the shipping box and removed the floor scrubber I saw what a poorly crafted machine it really was. The machines capability was severely misrepresented by the company. I immediately repacked and rebanded the original container called the company for a return and they informed me that I would have to pay the freight. Once sanimax received the container I shipped back to them they claim that I had destroyed the electronics in the machine and otherwise damaged it Beyond repair and therefore would not give me a refund I made many attempts to contact them directly but was only able to communicate through email. I finally was forced to seek resolution through the credit card company that I used to pay for it. I will never buy anything from this company again!
