Namaste a tutti! Desidero condividere la mia bellissima esperienza al Sanskar Yogashala. Un'esperienza trasformativa su tutti i fronti: qui si apprende la vera essenza dello Yoga. I maestri sono altamente competenti, con il dono della gentilezza, cordialità, umiltà e sempre pronti ad aiutarti. L'ambiente è famigliare, bellissimo ashram...ci ritornerò ❤️

Swami shyam sunder prasher jee maharaj bagwat katha is amazing ,just taking us to swarg. Ma sarswati jee definitely lives in maharaj jee voice. Wow amazing very peaceful.

Sanskar Yogashala is considered one of the best yoga schools in Rishikesh. It is well-known for its experienced and qualified teachers, who are dedicated to providing students with a holistic and authentic yoga education. The school offers a variety of programs such as 200 Hour, 300 Hour, and 500 Hour yoga teacher training programs. They also offer Yoga Retreats, Yoga workshops and Yoga therapy programs.

The place is just marvellous! I miss the place right now! As I tell to everyone I have family there and I’m surely going back just for them and all the knowledge they gave me! I miss the peaceful area.. the food.. everything. It was all good and I miss every single bit of the time over there! Surely recommending and going back there!!

This was my first training program as well as my first time traveling to India, and the staff and teachers at this school made me feel welcome and comfortable immediately. I had completed my Traditional Yoga Teacher Training with Sanskar Yogashala. I feel like my second spiritual home.

Each class that they offered held a lot of information and content - so take good notes! Every teacher was full of knowledge so if you are willing to ask questions and be an attentive student you'll be able to learn sooo much.

The rooms we stayed in were comfortable, furnished, and clean. The Ashram was nearby the market and it was nice to be able to leave during breaks to get some stuff and explore.

Any specific needs or requests were taken care of by the staff promptly...I was really impressed with their willingness to help, especially with recommendations for travel options and local attractions.

They are really focusing on the deep aspects of Yoga and the morning Fire Pooja session is just amazing. The Fire Pooja is session where I felt my inner soul. The Mantra Chanting and offering Herbs is such a peaceful activity every morning at Ashram.

I would definitely return to Sanskar Yogashala for more training! I loved the smaller class size. We are 7-8 students in a class and how it gave the teachers an opportunity to really focus on each student.

I will highly recommend anyone who is looking to learn what actually Yoga is. Really enjoyed each and every moment at Ashram.

The Ashram is set in a nice quiet area and is welcoming and well established
The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the food served in the Ashram is authentic and proper food for a yogic diet
The teachers are wonderful and are all very experienced in teaching Asana as well as yogic philosophy and history
The atmosphere is warm and friendly and you will soon feel like one of the family
I loved my time in the ashram and will return again soon to live the ashram life and connect again with dear friends

Sanskar Yoga Shala is the most welcoming ashram in Rishikesh. I did the 200hr YTT and from the moment i walked in it felt like a home away from home. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The rooms have everything you will need and are very clean and spacious. The food is great with different things throughout the stay and the herbal tea at breakfast is the best, I really miss it! The teachers have so much knowledge and passion for what they do and teach authentic Hatha yoga from a place of deep understanding! The area the ashram is in is very quiet and relaxing but not far from the shopping areas. I really enjoyed my time at Sanskar and can’t wait to return for more training. Thank you all!

First I would like to say Thank you so much for all of teacher here they are very kind and we are living like family and all student who I met here we had great experiences together, here was my first time class in my life and I got a lot of knowledge that I can continue to be a yoga teacher in next further. Almost a moth I lived here I think it has been changed me a lot to be a better person. And also food was so good and we had trip to visit the city every weekend. If you Guys are looking for yoga teacher class I would like to recommend this school. You will be happy here.
