SANS- Avis 54

I just purchased the water filter, I was so excited to get a glass one. Upon opening the package, It feels like it's plastic. I'm really not sure it's glass. And it did not come with a pamphlet and when I requested one, via chat, they said there saving on paper. So, how do I figure out how to work it??
There were three different filters in the box, two already installed and a third smaller one and I don't know where it goes. I tried asking and they keep sending me online instructions on how to install the replacement filter. What rotten customer Service from the get go.Not sure if it's AI and they can't disseminate the actual questions. I emailed them 4 times and they still can't answer the questions, where does the smaller filter go?? I might have to send this back because I really don't know how to even start and I don't think I got what I paid for. $474...a lot of money to have this much hassle.

After 4 months of using this Sans machine it now gives me 1 pitcher full instead of 2, does not filter every use correctly bouncing back from 3 to 10, and the filters have popped out of place a dozen times by themselves spilling water everywhere.

Buyers Beware .. this is a scam company ... do not buy from them .. you can not trust them and they lie and will take advantage of you ..

Having staff that are friendly and willing to give advice on the product. Reassurance that the television mount would suit my needs. Advice was also given on how to attach the mount to the wall and ensuring that it is at eye level.

I am not quite sure what it does, my filter is always clean, I have had it running for 2 months, and I noticed nothing.

What I have noticed is that if I leave a negative comment on Sans social media sights, they remove it.

This Does not filter the way it is shown. I have had it on high for over a month and only 3 feet from a black table that I still have to dust every day.

Sadly, I believe this business has stopped trading. Despite taking my payment, the product was never delivered and both their help email and contact number, do not work. Shame, I loved the product.

Great deodorant, used this morning and feeling fresh. Love the colour and feel of the case. Any brand with sustainability at it's core is a winner in my book.

I have been charged for my order but have not received it. I have written to Sans three times but have received no response. I would give them zero stars if I could. What has happened to my order?

Didn’t receive my item. Showing as not processed. Zero response from the company. No stars.

Easy ordering process and delivery. The deodorant does a great job and I now wouldn't change back to another type. I like everything about the natural scent and feel; It lasts a long time after application but perhaps need to reapply if exercising. I have been using SANS for 10 months.

Adore the brand, so luxurious but great for you and the environment. Win, win win!

Item arrived well packed and in good time. I haven’t had time to use the product much yet but it seems well through through and I like being able to refill to a re-usable container - less waste, less plastic.

This product is amazing. Not only is the packaging beautiful and reusable (which is a big plus in my books), but it smells amazing and works so well! Totally changed my beauty routine
