Ich habe die Barefoot Schuhe online gekauft, für den bezahlten Preis habe ich ein gutes Produkt erwartet.
Due Enttäusching war gross als die 3 Paar Schuhe geliefert wurden.
Das Material ist grob und die ‘Zehen’ passen nicht, alle sind gleich lange. Die kleine Zehe hat mehr als das Doppelte an Überhang.
Keine einzige der angepriesenen Eigenschaften trifft zu! Die Barefoot Schuhe sind billiger Ramsch.
Die Werbung versprach eine 30-Tage Rückgabe Garantie die auf Anfrage nun nicht gilt, nur wenn das Produkt fehlerhaft ist. Dass das
Produkt unbrauchbar ist Pech für mich. Sehr enttäuschend.

This is a scam webapge, they send cheap low quality socks, its not even worth 1 usd, even they state there is 30 days return window, they do not accept any return. Becarefull

Very scammish. Placed an order, no problem. A week later another order appeared that I didn’t place. They said they didn’t do it, so I asked to return the unopened order (socks), and they said “by law” they couldn’t take them back because they are “intimate apparel.” That’s a new one. All of this is by email, no phone number available. I asked to hear back from someone else and if they were capable of offering anything that resembled customer service/retention. Total air silence. Awful company. Buyer beware.

I purchased on 11/18. Around 11/28 I received 2/5s of my order without ever receiving any shipping information via email as promised in the confirmation of sale email.

On 12/3 I asked for an update on the other 3/5s of my order and received this message: "the red socks were delivered but the 3 black were canceled we will refund the black ones."

----->Only because I had reached out did they refund me!

Then they said that I could buy the black ones at the current price which was higher than what I'd paid. When I pointed this out the customer service said "well, you bought 5 before and now you're just getting 3" and I was like "yeah, that's why I bought 5, for the lower price, can you give me a discount to match it" and I got crickets.

Definitely not buying again. I haven't tried the socks yet as they were going under our Christmas tree. I'm going to ask for a full refund as they seem like a scam.

good thing i did some checking on this company. Couldn't post a screenshot on TP, but on the site's return policy page it is saying more or less, 'due to the plandemic, we are not accepting returns'
no wonder they don't sell on amazon or other places as their return rate would be through the roof and another scammy company with a low quality product would be put out of business.
shameful that META still accepts so many bad actors advertising dollars - clearly money is the only thing META cares about. Not reputation by association.
based on the other reviews on tp, it sounds like the product is garbage.

DO NOT BUY. socks are not one size fits all, the quality is poor, their customer service does not exist and read their refund info carefully, in the end they're not accepting returns due to the "pandemic". another scam company looking good on social media. AVOID!
