Elendig kundeservice. Levering gik rigtig fint og hurtigt, men lynlåsen på rygsækken gik i stykker, og indtil nu har jeg ventet 2 mdr på svar på, hvad skal der ske.

One big fraud
One big fraud - don't buy from them. Shortly after placing my order, they draw the money from my card and I have never received my order. Now they don't respond on my emails

Santafixie never again
Santafixie brand bike bought.
Absolute junk quality. Used one month, and rust all over. Front and rear cogs both broken.
Customer service refused to help.
Stay away.

Jeg skulle betale 250 kr for told, for en lås der koster 130!! Santafixie snyder dig grænseløst ved at sætte en pris der er markant lavere, så du selv kan betale skatten bagefter. Hold jer væk!

Not impressed at all.
They had an offer of 15% off with no terms and conditions to say it was specific only to some items. So ordered, didn't get the 15% off. Emailed them and they thanked me for spotting the error, fixed it but then refused to offer me 15% off which is a trading standards violation and is actually illegal.
Anyway, I received the bike and the crank arm kept falling off. They sent me a new one but it arrived damaged (fully wrapped and delivered well) but worn and clearly second hand!
Since then I have found many smaller build and design faults with many screws being handled wrong meaning no thread left of the screw making it impossible to tighten or loosen. This is meant to be a brand new product but everything is clearly second hand and used.
Have asked for a refund and been told no because I have ridden the bike. But of course you cannot know the quality sometimes until you are on a ride.
Hope they will refund me so I don't have to make a formal complaint. Looking at many other reviews (something I should have done BEFORE ordering) I can see I am not there only one. Really great marketing and good promises but bad delivery and bad quality products all round.
They also sent me a helmet in the wrong size and expect me to pay to have the item returned to Spain. Not acceptable.
