The best!
I reached out to Luke regarding sourcing private health cover for a client, and he made the entire process from start to finish so simple and hassle-free!
This turned out to be less straightforward than we anticipated due to a few hurdles that were no fault of Sante Group, but even still the service level was top.
Luke was informative, responsive and efficient - could not ask for much more really.

Feedback on my Nugent Sante experience
From the initial contact to having my heart procedure was very smooth. I was aware that at each stage of the process I knew exactly where I was.
It was clear that I was receiving a very high level of technical knowledge from my contact within the company.
Everything was expedited extremely quickly throughout my process.

Barbara and the best deals
Barbara always looks for the best deal for us and makes sure we get as much discount as possible. She had a huge task this year but still got the increase down to an acceptable level.

Pleased with this company’s service when they helped me to renew my health insurance policy. They had a short time to deliver a report on my options. They did well in giving a comprehensive report and I was able to renew in time.
