Brilliant from start to finish....
I have known Nugent Sante in a professional capacity for over 6 years. When it came to organising private medical insurance, I knew there was only one place to go.
Luke was fantastic, spoke in plain English and provided documents and correspondence exactly when he said he would.
Not only did I get a very competitive facility that now protects my Family and I, I also was not 'sold' the most expensive option.....I was in fact advised to go for the option that best met the criteria I had given to Luke.
Couldn't have asked for anymore from Luke and the team. Brilliant service.

Highly recommend
We worked with Nugent Sante for several years now for both our private medical and life insurance needs, specifically Barbara and Stephen - and we've always found them very professional and personable. Top class customer service, clear cut communication with no industry jargon and putting the needs of our business first - and connecting with us on a personal level which is crucial for us especially as a small business. Cannot recommend them enough!

We haven't used a broker before for our Company Healthcare. We decided to let Nugent look at our renewal, and they saved us a lot of money and covered all the options for us. Dan was extremely helpful and the rest of the team too.
we highly recommend the service Nugent provide.

Admin needs improvement to get service right
After failing to get back to me having promised to do so within a week, 3 week’s later I contacted them and an admin error meant they had lost my application. This did not impress me but eventually when they got their act together did a good job

Overall Positive Experience!
This is the first time using a broker for our Company Healthcare. When we originally set it up I did the research but using Nugent has been great. We were too close to renewal to change providers but they did get us a discount which is always great.
We will also be using them to get more from our provider and explore other team benefits

We have used Nugent Sante to renew our companies private medical insurance. Dan Burns was extremely helpful and the whole process ran smoothly, despite how close it was to the deadline. Nugent Sante negotiated us an excellent price and we look forward to working with them on other policies.
