I transported my Honda CRV car on 12/07/23 after booking Sanway Auto transport.Agent Alex was very polite and my car was picked by Jamroc Transport from Bronx New York.Driver Clarke was very polite and received my car in good condition in Zephyrhills Florida 3rd day.I am very happy that i chose sanway Auto Transport and I recommend them.

I had been shopping around for an auto transport company and ran into sketchy issues about payment and booking, especially with the big chain transport companies, i.e., RoadRunner Auto Transport. I found this company through the Better Business Bureau with great reviews along with Google, Yelp, and TrustPilot. As with any big purchases that are done online, I was skeptical about the process, but the moment I spoke with the representative, Alex, he made me feel at ease from start to finish. He was very accommodating to my needs, very responsive through calls/texts, and answered all my detailed questions. Alex never once rushed me throughout the process. I never felt worried or anxious about what I was getting myself into. He made sure I was informed to the fullest and let me know me know when there were any immediate changes. I was never left wondering about any issues. As a customer, that reassurance was crucial because I was getting my car transported from Virginia to California. The driver, George Butkhuzi, was very professional, kind, and accommodating to the vehicle delivery. I was able to get my vehicle delivered closer than expected, so that was a major plus. Overall, for anyone looking to go with an auto transport company, I highly recommend Sanway Auto Transport Inc. a thousand times because Alex will work with you very comprehensively. Alex makes the process so seamless. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Could not ask for more efficient courteous and professional service. Alex was available whenever I called to answer whatever questions I asked. Unusual now days to have a company play such an active and personal role in service. I would definitely recommend Sanway auto transport. I transported car from central New York to Tucson Az and received car day after I arrived by plane just as I asked.

I recently used this company for a car purchase out of state. Alex helped me through the entire process. Gave me timely information, within a short window. They were able to pick up my car the next day after I had legally purchased the car and most importantly it came back perfect with no scratches or dents. Great prices and great customer service.
