HI. I USED TO BE THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT OF THIS COMPANY, I AM CHE. I CAN GIVE INFORMATION TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO FILE A CASE AGAINST WHO RUNS THIS BUSINESS. :)

Further to my review warning they are SCAMMERS. The website is still up, but now has an attachment to Megan and Jacob, Vancouver. Obviously part of the same scam scene.

If this is Sarah-Julie Melbourne, they are scammers! Total fraud. After long wait finally sent 2 garments - the worst made I have ever seen and horrible fabric and wrong sizing. They offered me 50% refund and keep the garments - Id be embarrassed to take them to the opshop. I said I would return them for full refund. They sent me an address (no return label) in the US! Im certainly not paying postage to the US when they advertise they are in Melbourne. I asked for a Melbourne address and they don't have one. They have stopped responding to emails so Ive reported them to Shopify and will report them to the ACCC. Beware!

Scam. If you look at both Sarah and Julie Melbourne or ivory and ink Brisbane they are both rubbish.
Takes forever when you get your goods. No label. They don't know where the items are made. The shapes are not normal. Needs to be re-cut or not wearable. The fabric is not nice. If you want a refund, you have to pay to send it back... Providing you even get a refund.
Do not trust . Probably offshore rubbish.
The replying email doesn't even match the company name... Everything suspicious about it. O would NOT risk it.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing their products! THE IMAGES THEY PROVIDE ARE NOT THE SAME as the very poor quality product they send. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolute rubbish ! Definitely a scam. The quality is terrible , $55 for a blouse for my mum , I would t even clean the dip stick in the ca with it. How on earth is this crap aloud to be sold. They don’t answer their emails, there’s no phone number, it’s a disgrace ! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Complete scam. They kept responding to emails saying the goods were on the way. Its been months and now the emails are bouncing.

Never received my goods & email after email they never responded.

Absolute scam this is not a real company and the website disappeared shortly after I purchased. I now see another version of the website with a slightly different URL.

If you're here searching for reviews and you've purchased from these thieves, CANCEL your credit card because they have all your details!

Complete scam. Ordered items 4 weeks ago. Got tracking number etc but nothing arrives, emails are polite etc but total scam !

Rating this company a 1 is even too much. They are a scam. They took my money, placed a fictitious shipping order, and even sent me order tracking numbers.

It's a scam!! Don't be fooled by the story! Wish someone would shut this site down to stop others falling victim to these thieves.

Don't buy from this site, they take orders for clothing that never arrives nor exists. They are in China not in Australia and pretend they are closing down the shop that doesn't exist. No phone number, only contact by email.
They have other several sites like Elle-melbourne dot com with similar SCAM tactics
