As everyone else has said….
Avoid this scam company. I really got sucked in by the London address and cover story write up…. It’s a complete load of BS. I did receive my dungarees but there is not a trace of cotton! Label states 95% Polyester and 5% spandex 😡. They are nothing like the beautiful pictures that you see.I feel like such a fool, please don’t purchase anything from them 😡

Poor quality and difficult to return items. Have to return to China at customers cost.

Received a pair of dungarees which looked nothing like the photos online. The material was very poor quality, like super thin polyester and the quality of stitching and make up very poor. I was the told I had to send it back to China and bear all costs and have it inspected before any hope of getting a refund or pay €11 to be sent an improved quality pair which is what a should have received in the first place. I rarely complain about stuff, but this is such a rip off! The adverts are all homey and feel good just to suck you in and pawn off below standard, poor quality rubbish with no responsibility taken for it. DISGUSTING behaviour.

This is a complete SCAM - please do not buy anything off this site. There is no cute family with a lovely little shop in London. It all comes from China. The dungarees were nothing like the picture, made of really cheap awful material - just horrible. The returns process is so complicated & expensive - it's not worth it.

Wow wish I’d read the reviews here before buying! Experienced exactly the same issue - bought two pairs of dungarees - took three weeks to come - couldn’t see anywhere on the website this was due to coming from China. When they arrived they were just appalling material - like nylon - just hideous. And there’s no way you could roll the bottoms up like in the pictures due to the shape and slippery material. I did actually manage to contact someone about a return - initially they said that they had new stock in with much better material (I hadn’t mentioned anything about the material so that was interesting!) and would send me a new pair and I could keep the old ones and just pay the postage - which was over £11! I had no faith so decided to return and that’s when I got given a China address. Cost me £27 to send off a return and god knows if I’ll get any money back. Absolutely con do not buy from them!

They promote as a family based company, obviously not.
The garments are all made from sub standard material all coming from China.
The return policy is made to ensure you keep the items, with hidden costs of posting to China and having to probably pay extra at the customs. None of which is stated in their returns policy.
Appalling company.

The clothing was like a rag. Nothing like advertised. Have to pay shipping to return to China. I believe an AI bot replies to your emails. Avoid this company. Poor quality. Extremely poor service.

Would give minus stars if allowed. Company is a complete con. Product received is nothing like product advertised. London address is a completely different shop. Experience as everyone else here and very angry that they will continue to con lots more sucked into their supposedly appealing ‘family business with British products’. Have tried to report to Meta but they say the adverts (there are multiple companies selling identical products) conform to their standards... Hoping that those about to buy read these reviews first before reading the lies being said by the company on social media.

This company is giving the customer misguided information, promoting the product in the picture of being made in the UK by a multi generational family.
I ordered two items that took three weeks to arrive only to find that they were cheap nasty and badly made from CHINA !
With a returns policy that costs more than the product even with 15% discount for something that does not fit and would not use it to clean my windows!

Terrible , the dungarees are horrible , trying to send them back , they are making it very difficult , and saying I won’t get my money back as something will be wrong with them .
It costs me to send them back and also have said I will get charged at customs .
It could take a month to get my money back , but there is a good chance they said I won’t .

The garment that eventually arrived bore no resemblance to that advertised. Instead of it being cotton, it was 98%Polyester and 2%Spandex - truly awful and quite flammable. I’ve never experienced a garment quite so unattractive. The colours were nothing like those in the Facebook post. The material was so flimsy and so unlike what was being portrayed on the advert. The vile website is a total scam deliberately designed to mislead and manipulate the public- do not purchase anything.

Exactly as other reviewers have said. It’s a con.

Dungarees, when they eventually arrived, thrown together in cheap, awful polyester fabric - not cotton blend as described - which would be horribly sweaty to wear. Not worth even a fraction of the cost paid.
Email given for ‘returns policy’ (hah!) gets bounced straight back to you.
In the bin with them - wouldn’t even offer to the charity shop.

I ordered 2 pairs of dungarees which came from China not London They are advertised as a cotton blend but guess what they are shapeless polyester awful dungarees Massive mis selling and total scam company Also their email address bounces back

I bought dungarees. Their site looks good qaulity and is supposed to be based in UK.
None of this is true.
Dungarees we're not cotton but nylon. Qaulity is disgusting, I was so dissapointed. Their web site says returns. This is not the case, I have tried contacting them for 3 days eith no response.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE GREATLY DISSAPOINTED

This product is not as shown in the photos, made from a flammable fabric and very poor fit

Advertised as family run based in London. Yet order (still not arrived) is being delivered from outside the UK according to the tracking information! Ordered more than 14 days ago. Still waiting.
