Not Acceptable
The item was too small and doesn't hold my Bible. It came in on the 31st when I ordered prior to the day to receive it by Christmas. I order two items sepparate and paid separate shipping but they were sent together. It doesn't look at all like the picture and frankly it's ugly. The flap would not cover the Bible to protect it if it fit.

I am sorry that you are disappointed with your cover. I did make it to the measurements that you gave me but sometimes things go wrong, either i have made a mistake or you have given wrong measurements but I would have been more than happy to have replaced it for you if you had contacted me to discuss your problem. With regards to the shipping, i did make and send out in good time, however the UK had a lot of postal strikes during December specifically by Royal Mail which i usually use as my service, so i changed my delivery methods to courier and it was shipped on the 16th December which is 5 working days after i got the book measurements from you. I did and still do have a notice on my website that explained all of the delays and that i couldn't guarantee Christmas delivery as all post services were under pressure and had delays. I combined shipping so that you would get both of your parcels together and save some money, you should have received refund on some of the shipping, sometimes it can take a little time for this to come through. I ordered a Bible cover as a Christmas present for my father-in-law. Sarah was great to work with and very accommodating, despite my inability to get her exact measurements for my father-in-law’s Bible. She kept me informed of shipping updates from the UK, and the product turned out incredibly well! I’ll more than likely purchase from her again in the near future.

Really beautiful tweed book sleeve
Really beautiful tweed book sleeve, such good quality, nicely padded. Was a present and receiver was extremely happy. It's hard to find book sleeves with a zip in the UK, and I think this is the best I have come across so far.

Well made, great design. Best dog walking bag I’ve found. Love that not only do you have a zip pocket on the front but also a open pocket meaning you can instantly reward your dog without struggle trying to open a pocket or zip.

Lovely dog walking bag
Lovely dog walking bag. I bought this to replace an old cloth one that after a couple of years use and getting wet in the bargain I thought I would treat Phoebe (my cocker) to a new waterproof one. Delighted with colour (green) and workmanship. Thankyou

Great products and helpful owner
Was struggling to find a nice gift for my wife's birthday and stumbled across this site. Despite my timing error Sarah really helped me get the gift on time with quick responses to my tardy timing mishap. When the bag arrived it was nicely packaged and was very well received. Great to back British product design and ingenuity. Top marks!

Harris Tweed Book/Tablet Sleeve
Had previously purchased a book sleeve and decided to get this to protect my IPad as it’s case had finally disintegrated. This item is every bit as fabulous as the other one.
This Harris Tweed sleeve is twice the price of the Cotton sleeve, but it’s still very reasonably priced when you consider the high quality materials used ( I just love Harris Tweed!), and the absolute love and care with which it is made!! The picture on the SJ ( excellent) Website don’t do this product true justice. This is a high quality, hand-made, artisan product that will not disappoint.
The sleeve fitted my Ipad 7 perfectly and the addition of the fastened strap makes it ideal to store tablets etc. Would equally be good for keeping precious books protected. Little bit of luxury... 😁
Delivery was super-quick and very inexpensive and item arrives beautifully presented and packaged; great if giving as a gift. Usual brilliant comms.
