Just been for my final fitting. Almost started crying, for ALL THE RIGHT REASONS! Amanda who first helped me choose the dress was superb, great advice, made me feel at ease and helped me try on so many dresses to make sure I found the one I loved. Jackie who was the seamstress, went above and beyond, she did fantastic alterations to the dress to make sure it was exactly as I wanted- she is a wizard and I am in such amazement! Anna who helped at my final fitting today was so lovely and just made me feel at ease the whole time. Would thoroughly recommend Sarah Louise Bridal! Thank you so much xxx

My cousin phoned up to make an appointment with Sarah Louise bridal in Glasgow to try on bridesmaid dresses as she will be my bridesmaid for my wedding. Due to her living hours from us and just recently having a baby we thought she should still have the experience of trying on dresses. She also asked on the phone if they had a dress that we were considering which they said they had.
FF to the day of the appointment my cousin took her baby and her mum to try on dresses at the shop and when she entered the shop she was stopped at reception and told she would not be allowed to try on dresses. The owner of the shop said she doesn't allow people to come in and try the dress she wanted to try on and they didn't have it anyway. To which my cousin replied well the girl beside you didn't seem to have a problem with it when I phoned to make the appointment and said that you did have the dress. The owner said unless you pay for an appointment you will not be allowed to try on dresses and basically told her to get out.
This is really astonishing because I was planning on making an appointment with this bridal shop and my cousin was just going there first to see how it was as I live so far away I wanted to make sure the shop I bought from were concise and friendly which this shop isn't I have 5 people in my bridal party, me, my 2 flower girls and the MOB and MOG who were going to come with me but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I also looked at the reviews closer after being told of my cousin's experience and I have seen people say they left bad reviews on other sites such as Google and the shop removed them and there customer service is astonishing according to reviews. All I ask is you all look further than just a couple of reviews even if it says they have a majority of 4/5 stars as this retailer obviously takes all bad comments down.
