From ordering the flowers to tracking them and then the delivery,was excellent. The flowers were as they showed in the picture. Recipient extremely happy. I will certainly use this service again.

Within 30 minutes of placing the order, i received an email stating that they cannot fulfill my order and i would get a refund.
I called for weeks and still did not get my over $80 refunded.
Why even process payment knowing they could not fulfill the order.
I noticed this is normal for them. Its a scheme, they are THIEVES
Totally incompetent company
They are either incompetent or they may simply be a bunch of thieves.
Only part of my order was fulfilled, tried repeatedly to contact them via the only method that they seem to use (a chat bot) this reflects the companies attitude to their customers. You go in circles with it, all chat bots are useless this one is also incometant and idiotic, this obviously directly reflects the management attitude and the incompetence of the programmer. Don't try changing the request in the chat bot to often or it may lead you to attempting suicide.
Totally got ripped off
Totally got ripped off. They canceled my order and did not refund me. That way since last August. Not happy!!!@

Placed an order and the next day was sent an email stating they cancelled the order and would be refunding it. After a couple weeks with no refund I contacted them and no response. Never received the refund and had to dispute the charge with our bank to get the money back

Scam! Charged double and never got flowers. Took 3 weeks to get a refund and was charged again 4 months later! Don’t fall for it!

This is a scam. Do not order from this place. Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. All was ok, took the order paid with debit card. All was good. About 10 minutes later got an email cancelling my order. Never returned my $57. After multiple communications promising my money return I still never got my moneyback. Scam scam scam

SARATA FLORISTS is FRAUDULENT BUSINESS
Just like most all comments and BBB complaints, I too, placed an order for flowers to be sent for death in family,on Novenber 3, 2024. The order # 376959 was confirmed, and I was charged $68.65 and was paid in full. I then also on Nov. 3, 2024 I received a notification Sarata Florist could not deliver and I was being refunded. Several calls with Sarata Florists we were advised th refund was being processes, the next day.... as of January 26, 2025, I have Still Not Reveived the Refund. SARATA FLORISTS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Any Financial Transactions processed using a credit card, supposedly Protected by CLOUDFLARE IS NOT PROTECTED! Charges for goods and service useing Visa, that are then not received and will not reverse also provide no protections, really causing doubts and refraining fom future online purchases with any business. This information is based on genuine experience and only incentive I have is to hopefully help others to not be stollen from by this company-Sarata Florist

NO REFUND/NO FLOWERS. I was told they could not fulfill my request and that I would be receive a full refund. That was Dec. 18 and still don't have my refund.
Sarata Florist Robbed Me
On October 25th, 2024, I ordered flowers for a funeral (85.00). Five minutes later, I received an email with my order number, reading that it could not be filled out because they could not find anyone to fill the order. Therefore, this was my receipt to confirm that a refund was being processed. I have called the company many times to say I have not received the refund. The agents (4 agents and 3 Managers) asked me for the order number and then told me, YES, THIS REFUND IS BEING PROCESSED; it just hasn't hit your bank. I said, but I called 30 days ago, and they told me the same thing. I asked to speak to a Manager, and I honestly don't think they have Managers. I was transferred and told the same thing each month when I called. This company is rude and untrustworthy, and their employees not only lied to me but also told me that if I called back, another rep would give me the same response. They stole 85.00 from me and it sounds like they are doing it to others. We need to band together and hire a lawyer to file criminal charges. I am definitely looking into a lawyer. I will also post on every review site I can find this company about the fraudulent activity going on at Sarata Florist. The desist I was sending flowers for was a sudden and unexpected death. I was desperate to find someone to help me get flowers to the funeral, and I was robbed and prayed upon in my darkest times.
Flower delivery
I placed an order on 10/19/2024. Within a few minutes, they emailed me to say they don't deliver in the zip code I entered, & my refund is being processed. I waited about a week & called to inquire. Each time I called, I was told to wait a few more days. This is a ploy to stall you. They know they're scamming you! I finally emailed customer service......another scam. I sent several emails to Margaret Reys (customer service manager) Below is the response that I get each time. This company needs to be shut down! They are criminals!

I just received an email on 1/12/2025 from Avas Flowers. They completely ignored my first email to Trustpilot, & my order. I still haven't been refunded for $61.04 that I paid Sarata Flowers. Order# 359803. The email from Avas Flowers mentions the refund that I received from them. That is a totally different order & I was refunded for that one. Order#12284184. These parasites are crooks, I ordered flowers from them and immediately after I ordered them they sent me an email stating my local florists wasn't able to deliver the flowers, and then sent me an email stating the refunded the money and that never happened and I called multiple times and lied to about how they were working hard to get my money back to me and multiple emails with the same promise and they were all lies, I filed a complaint with the BBB and they couldn't do anything so now I'm filling charges against them through the federal trade commission as well as the FBI these leaches do this all day everyday and it's time they get to see the inside of an American jail, don't waist your time buying flowers from them use1800flowers.

This company is a SCAM operation. They took my order, charged my credit card, and never delivered the flowers. A day after I ordered they sent me a follow up email stating the flowers could mot be delivered and that my credit card had been refunded. Never happened! Stay away from this company!!
