This store is a scam.
These “Italian leather” shoes are actually plastic that arrived in a crumpled box that lacks any purchase order or contact information, and the customer assistance line on the website rings to someone’s personal phone. This is a scam operation.

These are handcrafted shoes made with natural leather (buffalo skin) that's why looks a little different from regular shoes. We don't have any type of plastic shoes in our store. We offer only genuine leather and synthetic leather shoes. You are trying to reach out to you and our customer service is available to assist you.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re glad to hear you love the shoes. Sometimes a specific shoes size is out of stock at the time of order then we make that size on customer demand. That is the only reason of late shipping.

I needed my black double monk red-bottom shoes for a conference in Washington. Online I requested to pay for expedited shipping. I received an email stating that they would handle the fee. It was a welcome surprise. Shoes arrived timely and were as described.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes. One fullfilled my expectations, while the other one looked some different than on the web page. I would like to return this pair of shoes, but Sardinelli is the only shop I know that does not accept returns and refunds, probabely taking advantage of being outside the territory and laws of the European Union.

the shoes are dirty
the shoes are dirty, looks especially the flexible parts, partly with yellow spots, partly grey dirt.
It took more than 4 weeks to receive it, even after 4 times calling the shipping agency.
Shows are comfortable.
Not so nice to receive these shows for this price

Very low-quality shoe. The shoes smell like spray paint and the soles are glued on. $300 for a glued sole and not stiched is ridiculous.
