Not a very good company, no contract on workmanship and no guarantees. The workmanship is terrible and my home was left with black marks up the wall, broken cupboard and floors lifted and not replaced properly even had a screw through a pipe hence a load of water into my kitchen.
I’m a vulnerable person and I live on pension credit and
I have had to have work done which I’ve had to pay for and really can’t afford. Still not sure if it’s working properly as no installation and user manual was left. No guarantee either. The admin team don’t seem to want to know, just tell you what they think you want to hear. Still waiting for return phone calls.

Anthony worked extremely hard installing a boiler and six radiators into my two hundred year old Victorian property. The outside walls are two feet wide and the internal walls are eighteen inches thick. He worked from 9am until 6.30pm with two hours travelling each way, over a four day period. He didn't stop for lunch, and only stopped for tea and cold drink breaks. He checked that I was happy with his
work as he progressed, which I was. He was constantly bright and cheerful nothing was too much trouble. He really deserves more than 5 stars. Regards Ros Gray

Had a new boiler, heating controls and loft insulation fitted through the government scheme. So simple and easy and the team took care of everything for us. I thought it was too good to be true but they delivered on everything. Best thing is our bills have come right down and I don’t have to have a cold shower becuase we’ve run out of hot water.
