I had a consultation session with Akshay. He provided insightful feedback and was able to clarify and answer all of my concerns. Have not completed my registration with Sarwa though.

Very poor customer service - no support for withdrawal of funds from Interactive broker platform - No phone number are able to reach them for getting any clarification.
Not understanding the clients requirement, gave a request for withdrawal of funds on 6th May 2024 - still not received the funds. Even after sending reminder mail and call - No response from the Sarwa team.
Very bitter experience while trying to get the funds back after investment.

They are charging very high commission on buying and selling so you will lose your money on the long term.

Always excellent support and unbiased advice.

If you’re a beginner you are at the right place, the verification process was super smooth as well for the funding. Investing was something I wanted to venture in a while ago but every other platform overwhelmed me and was very hard to navigate until I stumbled upon sarwa. Straight forward, you have the option to invest ( long term, a portfolio which they recommend upon your preferences) or trade (you buy stocks of your choice), or to save( with a tempting interest rate).
They also offer financial education for their users( online seminars, one-on-one…)
Had a call with Faisal and he was super knowledgeable and helpful.

Frankly I believe this is Just the start for them, the market is thirsty for a similar platform and people are getting more aware to the importance of investing.

Looking forward to have extra features from them as the app still has a lot of room to grow.

I had a google meet with Amen Ghebre today. Meeting was very satisfactory and he answered all my queroes with clear and precise information. I am better informed on my future financial decision with regards to sarwa now.

Very good app and great service. I am looking forward for competitive trading fee (0.25% $) ; Others offer lesser charges for transactions and I incur a high cost particularly because I am planning to invest large amounts in near future.

It’s a total Scam! Avoid using this app at all
Costs! Me and my wife (Lyn Daher) put some
Money in the account and we have been trading for a year and we decided to withdraw the funds a month ago, that’s when the problems started, first Bcz we changed the branches of the same bank they wouldn’t send our money back, and after they asked us to send another deposit form the new branch to fix the problem, which we did but they never added the new amount we sent from the new branch and everytime we contacted them they kept playing dumb and postponing, now it’s been a week ever since we sent the new transfer and it hasn’t been reflected in our account, we are guessing they are doing it on purpose to avoid letting us withdraw the amount we have…we will give them another week and after we will take legal action . I thought everyone should know what happened to us
